- The main villain Ray Marcus is very creepy and disturbing who takes pleasure in raping and killing people. Every scene with him is incredibly dark and unsettling.
- The film contains several scenes that include threat and menace, involving a family that gets tormented and harassed by a group of men on a highway.

- Ray is shown wiping his butt after defecating outside.
Violence & Gore
- A man shoots another man in the chest, the man who was shot hits the perpetrator in the head with a crow bar, and the scene immediately ends. The impact of the hit isn't shown, but the sound of it is heard against the blank screen.
- A man accidentally kills himself with a pistol. The actual shot isn't shown, but we later see him dead on the ground.
- A woman and child are found dead. The mother has a bloody wound on her head. It is mentioned that the mother was hit in the head hammer, and that the daughter was suffocated, along with having a broken arm. They were both raped as well.
- There is also a brief scene where sexual violence is implied, loud screaming is present in this scene. In the scene, a man is seen restraining a screaming woman, but no sexual activity is portrayed.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- A family gets pulled over by a group of men who harrass and bully them. The teenage daughter and mother are constantly harassed (sexual undertones, but nothing outright sexual) by the men and one of them lunges towards the daughter, making her scream, and the father is beaten up.
- One scene that is incredibly disturbing and rather scary, is when a naked man holds down a naked woman and violently rapes her. She screams throughout the whole scene and the man makes a rather menacing grin. This scene is very brief but uncomfortable at the same time.
