This was a great film and I thoroughly enjoyed it in its entirety. The story follows a group of misfit pirates desperately attempting to save the lives of everyone in their poverty stricken village from western invaders. It displayed a showcase of great directing from Jim Brewer and the solid cast and locations were the cherry on top. Such great performances from Robert Lloyd Moore and Julia Phelps that really made you feel like this was a big studio picture. Beautiful locations from all around the Austin, Texas area really gives the film the environment and exterior visuals that really work for the storyline. This is truly an independent film that many up and coming filmmakers can really learn from. I recommend viewing this film when the theatrical release dates comes. You will not be disappointed if you buy this film online or go and see it in theaters!
