Fine documentary about Dover's Castle since the Roman empire has built it as lighthouse in this place which still exist, after almost two thousand years, in 1066 was built the first Norman fortress, in 1216 King John resisted french siege in this Castle already expanded, once more protected the British island against Napoleon in 1800 and was the Headquarters of the World War ll where had a important role over Dunkerk's rescue, even during the cold war this Castle was adapted to resist atomic bomb's effects, fantastic documentary given us a opportunity to learn more about the past.

It's about WW2

You'll see very little of the inside of the castle. Lots of exterior, tunnels and cliffs shots. Most of the episode is dedicated to WW2 and the battle of Dunkirk, instead of the castle itself. Disappointing.
