Nawara defines values of lower class of Egypt

Warning: Spoilers
Egyptian life while Mubarak was moving out from dictatorship. Nawara was a unmarried girl. She was working for a senior official's villa. She was working hard from her childhood. The political situation demanded the master's family to flew to London. Nawara has to manage master's villa. Though these circumstances are tough for her, as like any low level Egyptian citizen she was also very ambitious about this national political changes. But the movie shows the strange life that was awaiting for the poor and working class. Movie shows how hard is for a Nawara in normal life. Some interesting cultural facts have been revealed to me. Low class are very much adhering to Islamic rules. but the higher class are just not minding any Islamic rules. Their dressing styles, the values that are shown between both sexes all are different. Nawara is wearing black over coat(pardha?) and other four layers of dress where as another woman in master's house, of the same age, is even have freedom to wear a bikini swimsuit. The other aspect: values. The higher class people, relatives of the master, are pushing her from 1st floor to the stair case by pulling by her hair. It is accepted. Only one dog was only there to protect Nawara. Even after that too Nawara is patiently keeping the villa clean and secure. Even she is keeping her fiancée out from the villa to avoid potential looting/theft. Those values are really different.

The director and the actors painted a clear and detailed picture of that era in Egypt. Even if you're not an Egyptian, you'll be able to relate to the movie in a way. Storytelling was smooth, and the cinematography is one of the best in the Egyptian cinema industry.

Brilliant

Warning: Spoilers
The movie shows us the events before & after the 25 January revolution in Egypt & how people were living, struggling bribery, willful negligence at hospitals & all Governmental interest as they keep hospital unlivable, hide people at bathrooms afraid of observation & how they people live in Poor living conditions with one bathroom for all people at one building, no water so people travel to fill water & carry it to their homes.

On the other hand we see the other rich people how they have villa, pool, too many cars & dog which eat better than most of poor people who work there.

Then the revolution happened, all poor people who are more than of 70% of population follow the news & dreamed of the life they will live after the trial of the corrupted system & the return of the money they stole which is trillions & think that new government will share the money with them (which never happened in real life & all the corrupt system return & torture the people).

The movie shows us the rich people who are corrupted how they scape the country & leave poor people to guard their treasures as they know that the corruption will win & waiting their return.

The most remarkable event is Nawara & her husband who don't have a home for them even if they married years ago, they refused to steal the corrupted rich people & that's the case of most of poor people, they are waiting for justice but unfortunately, they don't have it until now (the end of 2023) On the contrary, conditions have worsened & the poor people are more than 90% of population Below the poverty line & they still waiting for justice.

Crazy , sad and depressing

I love Mena, she is a great actress, but this movie is really bad , it's depressing , it shows how the evil people run away and no one sue them , where the innocent people stay and live a hard life and could go to jail for crimes they didn't commit , which is depressing I would never recommend this movie , coz it's depressing really At the end , I wished she stole and sold whatever she stole to get herself a flat and live with her husband.

I hated the fact that I wasted 2 hours and my internet bundle on this movie, there's nothing nice about it , at ALL! Even menna's acting is worse than her other movies.
