Due to an odd animation error, in some shots the toe-claws of the skull warriors always point in one direction regardless of the movement or position of their feet and their body. So they stick out at odd angles or clip through their feet or shins.
In many shots, the characters' feet, armor and other objects clip into the ground.
As Onua tears chunks out of the ground to smash them into a skull warrior, the broken-up patch of earth briefly overlaps the villain's foot and its shadow, even though it's supposed to be under it.
Umarak's feet and blade clip through the branch when he tries to shoot Lewa.
When Tahu steps out of the way to let Ekimu through, his left foot clips into Onua's right foot.
When Uxar knocks Lewa against a tree, he seemingly puts his right hand on one of the tree roots, but his hand is actually in the air, resting on nothing.
Ekimu instructs Pohatu to use his blades, in plural, when Pohatu only has a single blade.
