When Juliana is having x-rays done in the Nazi examining room, the pelvis x-ray is that of a male. The taller, narrower shape is masculine, and the penis shadow is visible leaning to the left.
There is a scene where Sara passes Frank a car key while in a diner, prior to the mission to free some prisoners on a bus. It is a clear that the key she gives him is a double cut two sided key allowing it to be inserted in the ignition either direction. That style key was't introduced to the public by Ford until 1965. The altered time line for this TV series is set in 1959. Six years before that style car key was ever available.
When the waitress serves food to Frank in the diner, there are chopsticks sticking out of the bowl. This is considered extremely bad manners and highly frowned upon in Japanese etiquette, since sticking chopsticks in a bowl of rice is part of the Japanese burial customs and also said to bring bad luck. In a diner like this, the chopsticks would either be in a container with the condiments or handed out separately with the food.
When Juliana is being evaluated by doctors, she undergoes several x-rays and they are flashed on the screen. The pelvic x-ray is clearly of a male as the silhouette of a penis is visible.
Frank is given a high quality photocopy of an apparent high quality CCTV still frame to prove that Juliana escaped to the Reich. The reproduction technology required to create this would not exist for many decades in our time-line, making it highly unlikely that such technology would exist in even the technologically advanced Reich of the story-line.
Nicole Becker pronounces Germania as "Jer-may-nia" with the accent on the first syllable. The German pronunciation would be "Gehr-ma-nia" with the accent on the second syllable.
