YOU'VE GONE AND BUSTED MY GOOD MAN

YOU'VE GONE AND BUSTED MY GOOD MAN YOU'VE GONE AND BUSTED MY GOOD MAN YOU'VE GONE AND BUSTED MY GOOD MAN YOU'VE GONE AND BUSTED MY GOOD MAN YOU'VE GONE AND BUSTED MY GOOD MAN YOU'VE GONE AND BUSTED MY GOOD MAN YOU'VE GONE AND BUSTED MY GOOD MAN YOU'VE GONE AND BUSTED MY GOOD MAN

4+6+VI plus 6>21 THAT RIGHT THERE IS A BUST :(

The reasoning for that there being a "Bust" is because 4+6=10, and "VI" in roman numerals is also 6, so 10+6=16, and plus another 6 equals 22, which is a greater number than 21. And 21 is what you need to have in order to win, and anything greater is considered a "Bust" (which is also defined as "Losing") is exactly what happened here.

Our protagonist lost all his money, so I cried at the end. He should have known the house always wins...... :(

Also, don't let the childs gamble! ;)

Bizarre, funny, strangely somber
framptonhollis11 March 2018
YouTube user PilotRedSun is most notable for his, in my opinion, 10/10 "meme" (however overused that term may be) masterpiece 'Garfielf', which is a must see for all fans of surreal and confusing and chaotic comedy (a brand of humor both ruined and perfected throughout the internet), but said user still has a line of other little animated oddities. I think this one might be one of the most well known. It is fairly simple but super jarring if only b/c of its style, which is far more laxed than that of 'Garfielf' but is still just as weird. And the weirdness is what this work has going for it. The weird humor, the weird sort of semi tragedy of it all that makes you feel no genuine sadness you think but still doesn't sit well w/you, the weird, presumably intentionally amateurish animation, and, to me most importantly in this quite discreet case, the weird atmosphere. This short takes on a surprisingly somber tone that is wonderfully surreal and combinea both the awkward sadness and humor of this uncomfortable mess of two minutes.
