- In one episode a male character accidentally has his pants pulled down a little bit.
- Some scenes may show a little bit of cleavage. Only one recurring, but briefly appearing positive character, has cleavage spanning way below non-oversized breasts.
- Being under a spell, a boy pins a girl to a wall and passionately asks her to kiss him. Under the same spell other people are seen hugging with faces to a viewer, with at least one pair of old men. Both played for laughs.
- A girl is going to kiss another, sleeping girl, with the intent and urgency to save the sleeping girl's life. A lot of hesitancy and emberrasment is shown, but the kiss doesn't occur. Later the formerly sleeping girl shows a strong lack of acceptance for the idea of being kissed.
- Despite having a uniform, skirt length varies widely, with the protagonist's one barely covering buttocks, as seen on the poster. Camera does not often put an accent on it though.
- Some innocent crushes and references to love. Girls refer to a boy as 'handsome'.

- In a few episodes there is some offscreen fighting.
- Frequent mild fantasy violence and peril, including characters with visible scratches/bruises. No gore or long-term injury.

- 2 uses of crap and 3 uses of freaking in episode 17.
- There is infrequent mild language in the English dub. The words 'damn' and 'hell' are both used once in episode 5.
- English profanity is briefly seen on a screen in episode 21 (referring to something as a 'piece of shit').

- An adult character is briefly seen smoking a cigar in one episode.
- In episodes 4 and 25 a genie is seen smoking a pipe while being summoned from a fountain pen.

- The last couple of episodes of the series may be a little intense and emotional for a younger audience.

Violence & Gore
- There is a long line of characters to be executed with a guillotine standing at the edge of a cliff. From far away it seems like heads are falling from the edge. A minute later it is shows that it was just a series of test runs on big vegerables. Next an attempt to execute one of the caracters is made, for a moment appearing like it was successful.
Profanity
- In episode 17 a male character says "damn" after being defeated during a sword duel.
- In episode 12 the protagonist says "crap".
- In episode 7 a minor character says "freaking" after being startled.
- In episode 18 we see one comment distantly seen in the secondary antagonist's labarotory saying "wow people actually believe in this bullshit"
