  Quentin Lance : It just seems a little drastic.

  Oliver Queen : Coming from the guy who just took a bullet for his daughter. Quentin, I hope I took the time to tell you, uh... you're a really good father.

  Quentin Lance : So are you.

  Oliver Queen : I had a good example.

  Quentin Lance : Yeah. Your dad was a good man.
