The idea to tell about the mules is great, but the execution of idea is very poor. It seems that there were not enough video materials and showing lots of views of the landscape doesn't build a story. The story of the mules could have been executed much better by telling about how process of mules works and about their daily life in prison and after released.
Must admit that I loved the scene of street festival. I hope author will have better luck with the project next time.
