A tribute to Tilikum
Rodrigo_Amaro30 July 2017
After spending more than 30 years in captivity and being one of SeaWorld's major attraction, the poor killer whale Tilikum died early this year without having the chance to have peace, enjoy nature and to live like a regular whale. On the day he died, PETA decided to expose very briefly about Tilikum's story - largely told in the documentary "Blackfish" which revolves about the whale that killed three people over the years and his life conditions in that awful environment - and PETA's film concludes as a boycott campaign to SeaWorld, despite announcing last year that they wouldn't use killer whales in their attraction.

Here's a fine campaign promo, won't consider much as a movie since it's merely a slide-show with Tilikum pictures and facts written on the screen (but it's well put together); and though always a noble act the fight for animal rights, it's a pity that the group behind the film isn't much ethical in their fights and campaigns, as reported in many outlets over the years - awful things that makes you lose respect for their work. Despite that, I'm giving a favorable review to this short. 6/10
