This might be more art than documentary but it is an unnerving, poetic, haunting, beautiful and mesmerizing experience.
Some of the photo is magic, most of the sound claustrophobic. some of the scenes pure genius and the lives portrayed melancholic.
The movie is filled with harsh landscapes, wide angle closeups of harsh faces and harsh hands, reflections on life, death and history. Great stuff but definitely not for everyone.
