Good No-frills, Low-budget Indie.
zapped-5260721 April 2021
This movie is definitely no blockbuster. But good for what it is: a no-frills, low-budget indie. The setting is gritty and dark. The characters are troubled and funny.

And, in today's insanely violent day and age, the plot and bloody finale are all-too familiar. Though not a cinematic tour de force by any means, the director takes a decent stab at addressing serious issues. James Handy's performance as the gun-toting bar owner brings an added flair of dark humor to the film which gives one the sense of watching a black comedy. Though it's a little too talky at times, the action scenes and surprise ending tend to balance it out. Will this movie win any Oscars? Probably not. But, at the very least, it makes an interesting statement on society's current--and oftentimes sad--state of affairs.

Snail's pace, empty dialog

As a full length film, it was terrible. The film contained no original idea. It was not well written. It was disgustingly misogynous. However, with the plot and significant editing, it would work as a short film (15 minutes).

Great For Insomnia

Inane dialog. Tedious, boring, pointless. Set the sleep timer for about 50 minutes and you'll be cured long before.
