- A man and woman have sex in an office, first with the man behind her and then missionary style on a desk. They are quickly interrupted. No nudity shown.
- A couple make out heavily outside a movie theater. They discuss having sex inside the theater.
- A woman reveals her breasts but not in a sexual way

- Children are killed with a sword and knives, throats are slit, heads and other extremities are cut off.
- A man is shot through the head
- A man is stabbed in various spots, pinning him to a wall. Then a hole is blow-torched through his stomach.

- A young girl sees a devil figure, may be frightening to some.
- A man stalks a young boy through a hospital, several fights between the man and boy ensue.
- Ghosts walk throughout a hallway, moaning and with blood on their clothes. No graphic wounds.
- Many many spiders attack and infest people. May be disturbing to some.
- A young boy who we know to be dead, crawls into a room (his body twisting unnaturally) and speaks to other characters. His wounds from death are visible. Has a demonized voice.
- A man with several large, red stitches on his face and bald head appears confused and agitated. Walks around, then disappears. Shortly after we see his dead body in it's hospital bed (he had been dead the whole time, was a ghost).
- Several characters are stalked by a man in a welders mask.
- In several stories people are seen throughout with blood all of them.
- A woman sees several people with horribly disfigured faces and they speak with deep unnatural voices. None of these people are violent or attempt to harm her, but may be disturbing to some.
