  Sebastian Lund : Well, nothing in their file suggested they work for the government.

  Patton Plame : Not officially, but each one was a contractor for either the NSA, the CIA, or the DIA.

  Dwayne Pride : That changes everything.

  Sebastian Lund : MICE.

  Sonja Percy : [jumps onto Gregorio's desk]  Where?

  Sebastian Lund : No, it's an acronym that FLET-C taught us. It's the four motives for stealing secrets.

  Dwayne Pride : Money, Ideology, Coercion, Ego.

  Patton Plame : Oh, we know she had a ego going for her.

  Christopher LaSalle : So Chloe is some sort of spy getting close enough to these contractors to steal intel and kill them.

  Sebastian Lund : Yeah, except Petty Officer Segar doesn't fit the pattern. He was an electronics tech. No special clearance, no access to intel.

  Dwayne Pride : But Chloe had a reason to go after him.

  Patton Plame : Maybe it was geography. Three contractors in Colorado, Washington State, and Hawaii.

  Sebastian Lund : All three have NSA outposts. And New Orleans doesn't. I mean, the closest NSA station is San Antonio.

  Sonja Percy : Hmm. San Antonio. Seager's next of kin, Lieutenant Commander Willis, is on mission in San Antonio. Something classified. Navy wouldn't even give me his direct contact.

  Dwayne Pride : Just like these other victims.

  Sonja Percy : [her phone chimes]  It's Wade. She might have something.

  Patton Plame : I'm running a check on Willis right now. Zero presence on social media and I can't even find a picture on him.

  Dwayne Pride : Would suggest he's way up the food chain.

  Sebastian Lund : So Chloe kills Petty Officer Segar to what, to draw Willis out?

  Sonja Percy : And it looks like it worked. According to Wade, Commander Willis just arrived in New Orleans to make arrangements for Segar's body.
