So the first season is complete with high ratings and high expectations of renewals.
It's a Chuck Lorre , so in general the show was connected, witty and filled "to a point" with funny bits, now is it as strong as TBBT !! well of course not,, but again , many of Lorre's series started like this, specifically talking about "Mom" and "Mike and Molly" and they both ran for 6 full seasons,, so i'm expecting much more next October " if a renewal passed through".
Anyway,, The show was good, and the plot was easily followable especially for those who watched TBBT ,, and to a point connected so many dots for Sheldon's acts and behaviors , which reflects the writers cleverness and ability to create a new story out of old one.
The cast was good,, most of them all "unexpectedly" i loved Lance Barber ( George Sr.) and Montana Jordan (Georgie) they were really funny.
finally as i said, still no news for a renewal, which seems a bit off, but i'm confident that "based on history between Lorre and CBS" they will give him what he wants.
