Brady manages to wear a tracheostomy speaking valve directly on his neck, without the use of a tube. That is quite impressive! Even more surprising, he's wearing the outpatient transparent valve from Passy Muir - one that shouldn't be readily available in the hospital. The purple inpatient valve would have made much more sense.
