Greetings from Lithuania.
I'm a huge fan of "Homeland", but wasn't a huge far of previous two seasons. They were just OK in my opinion, while previous 5 seasons were stretching from amazing till great. This season so far is "Homeland" which is love. It has Saul and Carrie working together again against conflict in east, and is a direct continuation of a brilliant season 4. There is also a "Carrie working on Russians" theory, which is a great idea simply because it reminds us of Brody and now Carrie being turned - "Homeland" would come full circle during its final season.
Overall, with only two episodes in last season 8, i already highly enjoy this season by many moons more then i enjoyed previous two. No more Carrier / sister / daughter relationships that did drag in previous two seasons They stripped all of what was unnecessary and now its a pure "Homeland".
