The ending of this episode, with the music and Michael's monologue, gave me goosbumps. That section should be used for a motivational advertizement or something !

All about MJ's retirement in 93. Everything that he went trough, from his father's death to the press charges. All of that just for one reason, win. Win and be the best of the best. All of that stuff in one single ep. So good

This is a stand alone episode. The series is excellent , the timeline is a bit tricky throughout the series anyway and now, besides getting the 80's straight and bringing back all that I loved about it , learning more about and seeing footage of Jordan is exciting and uplifting . While the series also explores other exceptional players / contributors in the franchise and game This particular episode is remarkable- all Jorden, as it touches on his other passions, coping strategies , what he has overcome , his role as a teammate , his vulnerability and his strength. I am proud to be a fan.

Probably the best episode

The reason why I think this is the best episode is, that it´s different.
First of all it shows the real MJ with his faults and not "the great Air Jordan".
You can see, that he could be a really mean guy.
Finally we can see Toni Kukoc, who played almost twice as much as Pippen. But he isn´t even mentioned, when they talk about "The last dance". They only talk about him as a player, when Jordan isn´t in the team.
Oh oh

Warning: Spoilers
I think they glimpsed over a lot of interesting details regarding Jordan's sudden return, why he left, whether it was a conspiracy etc. but at least they briefly acknowledged it.
Still, an entertaining episode featuring one of the craziest stories in sports history.

The Last "Dance"

Warning: Spoilers
I was never aware Michael's father was killed. Part of why he went to play baseball along with accomplishing his goals, thus losing his drive. Scottie after Michael always had the ball at the end of a close game couldn't believe Jackson wanted young Kukoc to have the ball and calls it quits during the game. However, Jackson did the right thing, Kukoc's use to the situation, always being the star player in Europe and a scorer, having hit many clutch shots throughout the season. Although Scottie can make that shot, it's not a natural part of his game.
Mj full of anger, hate and revenge.
