Sex & Nudity

  • Some characters share brief kisses.
  • A former high school couple during their class reunion discuss how they used a certain classroom to make-out between class sessions.
  • When Sabrina confronts the monster warthog with her friends Ronnie and Margo, the monster begins lashing its tongue around in a manner that prompts Ronnie to comment on it being "almost pornographic".
  • Two young women replace bloody clothes for a pair of cheerleading uniforms. No nudity.

Violence & Gore

  • Killer High contains typical SyFy violence and gore levels seen throughout most all of SyFy Channel's movie originals. All of the monster warthog kills are extremely bloody. There are several instances during which death scenes are shown in slow-motion, freeze-frame rotation sequences.
  • The back of a young woman's shirt becomes covered in a thick splatter of blood. She discovers a young man with a hole through his skull. Blood is seen dripping within the skull cavity.
  • A woman loses her head. Brief spurts of blood are shown.
  • Many people throughout the film have blood splattered on their faces and bodies, mostly from other victims.
  • The monster warthog storms through a gymnasium party, killing many people. Some victims lose limbs, including an arm still clutching a drink.
  • A gymnasium party floor is later seen filled with dead bodies, some are badly dismembered and a few entrails are seen briefly strewn across the floor.
  • An old woman is attacked by the monster warthog with bloody results. Her body is later found bloodied and one of her eyes lying in a pool of blood from being gouged out by the monster's tusk.
  • Three people hiding under a food table come across a severed limb tossed under the table by the rampaging monster warthog.
  • A woman smoking outside a high school building gets gored through her back. The monster warthog's bloody tusk is seen briefly protruding from the victim's chest.
  • A man has his hands stapled to a classroom desk by old trophies thrown by the monster warthog. Blood is visible around the wounds made by the trophies still in the man's hands.
  • A woman is killed outside the high school by the monster warthog. Only blood is seen splattering across a fuse box, causing the power to short out.
  • A woman is thrown from behind by the monster warthog and hits a ceiling hall light and is fatally electrocuted.
  • A man is attacked and killed in a photo booth followed by snapshots taken of the attack.
  • A man is attacked inside a classroom. Although he is first dragged to safety, he is pulled back into the classroom by the monster warthog and is thrown against the glass window of the classroom door with bloody results.
  • A man previously thought dead, is later found badly hurt and bloodied but still alive, crawling around a hallway corner. He is quickly dragged behind the corner and killed by the monster warthog.
  • A man is accidently shot in the leg with an arrow. He is advised to leave the arrow in his leg to prevent him from bleeding out.
  • A woman is attacked outside the high school and is captured in a freeze-frame, slow-motion rotation sequence showing massive amounts of blood splattering through the air.
  • The body of a dead and bloodied woman is found sticking out of a billboard.
  • A young woman is killed after the monster warthog drives a flaming pipe through her mouth. Non-bloody but still possibly disturbing.
  • A young woman defends herself and a friend against the monster warthog using a pencil and stabs the monster's face. This causes the monster to bleed what her friend later calls "monster goo".
  • Many dead bodies are later moved outdoors from a gymnasium and seen piled in bleacher seats by the football field. It is discovered the monster warthog is deliberately recreating past game days on the field, using the dead bodies as high school game fans.
  • A dead body falls through the ceiling above a gymnasium, landing on the floor. The impact of the body landing splatters blood on people nearby.

Profanity

  • Frequent uses of "shit". Other light instances of mild profanity including anatomical reference including "dickbag" and "ass".

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • During the class reunion Sabrina questions her friend Margo about how much she drank prior to seeing what she claimed was a monster warthog attack on her ex-boyfriend.
  • A couple of women step out behind the high school to smoke cigarettes.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Killer High contains typical SyFy violence and gore levels seen throughout most all of SyFy Channel's movie originals. Some of the warthog monster kills might be more intense and disturbing than others including a monster attack on a wheelchair-bound elderly school teacher.

Violence & Gore

  • A young man puts on an old mascot suit. The mascot comes to life and quickly possesses the man's body and falls under a high school banner. Non-bloody or gory but the screams imply the monster has killed him in the process of possessing his body.
  • A man makes his last stand against the monster warthog. Pulling out an arrow from his leg to use as a weapon, but as he charges the monster, he slips on his own blood from his leg, and falls. He is seen thrown against the ceiling by the monster and lands mortally-wounded, bloodied and succumbs to death from his wounds.
  • During the movie's climax the Warthog is beheaded by a shovel after being wounded by a bow & arrow shot to its ribs. After the surviving heroes leave, a young man's head and body are seen where the warthog's body first fell.
