There is definitely something of a complexity to Murder in Season, the two strands are developing really well, this second episode further developed both plots, and gave us more questions.
It's satisfying, I would still argue it's perhaps not at the very high level of the pilot and Dead Ringer, but it's still a good watch.
Keith and Jimmy's story is arguably the more unsettling of the two, you wondered what could possibly go wrong, you may be surprised at how badly things can go wrong.
Wow, that was one macabre discovery, that's perhaps the most graphic scene on Taggart up to this point. I'm not even sure they'd get away with that today.
