On the next day Sophie meets Sandrine Clauzier, a guide and they cross a "traboule" , a secret covered passageway .They speak of the Italian merchants who came to Lyon because there was fair place without taxes and have built many nice buildings.Later they take another passageway and arrive at a courtyard and at the Rosa Tower.Later Sophie goes to the "Guignol" theater where she meets Thomas Tettamanzi (Compagnie des Zongons": in this 200 years old theater Sophie sees a puppet spectacle.After that Sophie arrives at the "Fresque des Lyonnais" where Michel Djaoui, a photographer explains her that famous people of Lyon have been painted in this wall.After that Sophie goes to the restaurant "Daniel et Denise" where she meets again Joseph Violla who has prepared for her a "pâté en croûte": they drink a glass of red wine and Joseph speaks about his nomination as "Meilleur ouvrier de France".Later Sophie goes to the basilica Notre Dame de Fourvière: the guide Jean-Paul Baey and Sophie climb to the top and see the panorama of the city (many illuminated buildings).Then Sophie goes to the Townhall of Lyon and Jérôme Donna, who is in charge of the lightning of the buildings and parks, speaks about the 8th de December (the festival of the lights in Lyon).Later Sophie goes back to the Halles Paul Bocuse to buy a sausage, Saint-Marcellin cheese and a "tarte à la praline".Besides we see zooms about the calves market in Saint-Laurent du Chamousset, about pig farming and sausage production, about the Saint-Marcellin cheese, about the "poulet de Bresse", about the vineyard of Condrieu (a precious wine), about the vineyard of the "Côteaux lyonnais", about Paul Bocuse and his heritage , about the mural paintings in Lyon and about the famous "bouchons lyonnais" (small restaurants where people eat in the morning meat and cheese).—zutterjp48
