This show is almost all singing and dancing, which is very well captured. The kids are excellent. It is designed to empower young people and was the most successful children's program on PBS for the last two years. This is no surprise to me since both my kids love it and watch it regularly. Each program features a location segment which is often the highlight. The "Christmas" show is especially good. "Huggabug" will probably be enjoyed by kids from 0 to 7 and the lessons it teaches are appropriate to that age group.

This is a poorly produced movie with huge plot holes and rifle toting characters that disappear at the climax. Good actors are wasted by a bad script and poorly executed sequences. Don't waste your time. The producers should be ashamed of themselves for this one.
