Pretty Good for a fourth in the series.
21 August 1999
I liked this movie. As did I the other 3. But, not as well. It's not a bad movie. In fact I cannot think of anything bad about this movie. I was just the teensiest littlest pin-point size disappointed by this movie. Why? Because it's not the usual Chucky-chasing-Andy-alone horror flick that I always loved. In fact i was a little surprised that Andy wasn't in this one. Why??? I hope the next movie, "Son of Chucky" which I pray will actually come out. It's listed as a year 2000 release by www.imdb.com my favorite website..I come here all the time. It would be cool to see what Andy is up to. Anyway, I give Bride of Chucky an 8 out of 10 because I liked it's cleverness.

Crap..utter crap.
19 August 1999
Why the heck did they make this trailor park piece of junk??? Huh? Does anybody know? They only reason this movie is good is because it paved the way for Bride of Chucky. This sequel top the cult hit finds Andy ( now 16) sent to military school....with..you guessed it..Chucky directly on his tail. Chucky is the only one who is funny or does anything amusing in the film. Other than his jokes and scares this film is worthless....Not worth the rent.... 3 out of 10.

THE BEST OF THE SERIES!!!!!!!!
19 August 1999
I loved this movie. I think it surpasses the original by far. This one finds Andy in a foster home with Chucky right on his tail. Campy fun and unpredictable suspense make this a must-see!!! My favorite image of this movie is the fantastic finale in the toy-making factory. The reason this comment is so short is because there is only one word to describe this movie...GREAT!!!! 9 1/2 out of 10.

Child's Play (1988)
Excellent horror flick!!!!
19 August 1999
The classic horror movie introducing the famous killer-doll "Chucky", who is one of the most popularist horror characters right up there with Jason, Freddy, Pinhead. Yet regretfully this movie has been ripped off by such movies as Pinnochio(the dumb horror one not the original animated). Anyway, this is the story of a boy and his(killer)doll. The doll ( who is possessed by Charles Lee Ray a.k.a. " Lake Shore Strangler") brainwashes the youngin Andy to get what he wants. After several deaths, Andy's mother and the authorities are getting concerned because all the murders link with Andy. When the mother discovers Chucky's secret along with a cop they must fight for Andy's life and get to him before Chucky does. Then the fun begins. This movie is a great scare because it's so unpredictable and the acting is very convincing. Chucky ( wonderfully voice by one of my fav. actors- Brad Dourif) is scary and funny as the killer-doll. The deaths are inventive, the story: convincing, and the comedy worth seeing!!! Great movie, most definatly worth the rent..... 8 out of 10.

Deep Blue Sea (1999)
Pretty God, but........
16 August 1999
I just got back from the movie theaters from viewing " Deep Blue Sea." I must say I was satisfied. Except for a few flaws. The story consists of an obsessed woman inching away to a cure for Alzheimers disease. For this to work, she must expand the brain size of 3 Mako sharks( 2 12 feet killers, and 1 massive 45 feet annhiliator). When she does its too late. The sharks figure out that they are being messed with, and decide not to take anymore crap. Thats when the fun begins. The action is good, acting: well played, special affects: top-o-da-line, and the story is pretty sensible. I just wish that they would have done some of the shark scenes differently. Now, I'm not going to give anything away, but in my opinion they should have kept the 45 foot shark less visible through the first half of the movie, making it seem darker and more dangerous.......harder to kill. Not like it needs it though. It'll keep your heart beating a mile-a-minute!!! Most definitely worth seeing. 8 1/2 out of 10.

Milo (1998)
Pretty Good..Worth the rental.
1 July 1999
I've read so many bad reviews about this film..and not much good..it's not really that bad of a film. I enjoyed it. It wasn't a hit with me or a great movie..but a good movie worth seeing. The plot is creepy( 10 year old boy who never grows up is tormenting women 16 years after a horrifying experience has scarred their lives), the horror is scary enough, and the movies main song is chilling. The only thing bad about this movie is the acting. The main character's frightening expressions and screams didn't really make me think she was in trouble. She is an okay actress besides that..and a very beautiful one I might add. Milo was very creepy but needed work on his expression. He was very scary when it was dark and had his raincoat on. The only person that I thought gave a good performance was the janitor, Mr. Kelso. So forget the bad reviews and don't even look for good ones either(chances are you might not find any) and see it for yourselves. I think you'll like it. 7 out of 10

Some phat action scenes make this a must see!!!!
1 July 1999
This movie is sooo awesome. Much better than the first one. The suit looks better, the zoanoids are mor scarier, there is more of a story to it, and the fight scenes are so well choreographed it will blow your mind. The theme song for the guyver in this movie is catchy and also cool. Sean Barker is still haunted with the memories and still has the Guyver in him..he still fights evil but there is a problem..he can't control the unit. It has a mind of it's own and wants to keep killing. He sees on the news reports of "werewolves" killing men around an archiological sight. He suspects Zoanoids and decides to travel and investigate. But what he finds there is more than he expected. He finds out the true nature of the Guyver..it's origin..and where it came from. Absolutely do not miss this one..but rent the first movie before you rent this one...there is a story with it. 9 out of 10...DON'T MISS!!!

The Guyver (1991)
Loads of fun...don't miss it.!!!
1 July 1999
This movie isn't what you would consider a classic, but it is most definitely worth seeing. It is the story of young college student Sean Barker finding the Guyver unit and activating it turning him into the Guyver. Then he has to go up against the shape changing ZOANOIDS. From then on it's loads of fun. 6 1/2 out of 10 but still worth the rental.

Wish Upon a Star (1996 TV Movie)
Very Good.
12 June 1999
I liked this movie a lot. I first saw it on the disney channel a while ago and I just got done watching it again now. Both actresses are very actractive(I think I'm in love with Danielle Harris) Funny at parts and also dramatic when it wants to be. If you get the chance rent this movie...rent it!...guaranteed satisfaction....I give it a 8 1/2 out of 10.

Aliens (1986)
10/10
Best of the ALIEN series.
12 June 1999
This academy award winning masterpiece is one of the best movies I've seen!! No lie, if you get the chance to rent this..don't avoid it!! 57 years after the first movie, Ripley (Sigourney Weaver...in her academy award-nominated role) is awaken from her sleep chamber on the escape ship from the first movie and is asked for a favor. The alien planet which they landed on in the first movie has been in habited by colonies for humans to live there...but, communication has been lost with the planet and they must send a rescue team to investigate. They need Ripley's knowledge of the creatures to help their voyage...that's when the suspense begins. This is a great movie. Oh yeah, watch for Bill Paxton as Lt. Hudson...he is so funny. I give this movie a 9 1/2 out of 10!!! Don't miss it!!

Worth the rental
5 June 1999
Hey, if you're going to rent this movie, you're making a good choice. It is slow at times, but overall it's good. It starts off with the father paying the price for getting hooked with some bad mafia kind of guys and are forced to move to Seattle. Jason(Kurt McKinney) is the son and the main character. He doesn't get along with some of the other teens up there and eventually gets beat up. He calls for the spirit of Bruce Lee to teach him the art of fighting and self discipline. I won't tell you the rest but all in all if your just out for a movie rent this one. Bad acting and a poor story make this one to laugh at and also watch in enjoyment. It's one of my favorites, and I'd rent it anytime. 7 out of a 10. Oh yea , watch for the unnecessary musical score of R.J.(J.W. Fails)It's pretty corny. haha
