Hachi: A Dog's Tale (2009)
A Remarkable True Story
Many years back, the very first Hollywood movie that i watched was Richard's nonetheless but "Pretty Movie", and since then it has been one of my favourites. And today, when i was roaming on my fb posts, i saw the guide of "Hachii - A Dog's Tale". Without talking any second thought, i asked to one of my friends to help me share her Netflix's username & password, with me, to watch this movie, but unfortunately, this movie is not listed on Netflix when i logged in, and it got me left with two wondering words: "But Why!?" I checked on Amazon Prime Videos, perhaps, due to an online transaction errror, my cards are blocked for online transactions, i couldn't get this membership. So i asked my another friend to help me whether he has any membership. Luckily, he shared the link with HD quality!! Released back in 2009, though I surfed & watched the movie online in 2020... not just watched but invested the hours with this remarkably scripted "true story". Not sure, how i negotiated watching this movie a long back. Silly me. I shan't have underestimated Richard. Richard has been one of the fair & balanced actors. Always a luxury watching his movies.
Undoubtedly, it's one of my second fav. movies of Richard's have i just watched. Well written & portrayed. Smoothly touched & directed. And the message to be rendered: "You should neva forget anyone you have loved". It's all 'bout loyalty & faith that you put in someone.
I can co-relate the message with my or even anyone's real life as well, esp. when it comes to love. Love should be from both sides as it's clearly depicted & shown in Richard's & Joan's case in movie. One sided love is as contagious as any lethal drug eva can be & has nothing to do with loyalty, perhaps good part is, the one you love should be loved with all of your heart. It shows how much you love someone not for getting something in return but having 'em with you. Every day & week & month & a leap of years that you spend with someone gets counted & is always valued.
This be another reason why i not just like writing stuffs based on reality, but love watching movies based on reality which are unexceptionally true; & belonged to someone's real life as well. Such movies often make you relate things with ur own life (undisguised), ev'n that has nothing to do with it sometimes. Being a writer, i must say,
People may come & go, but what's remnant behind is their memories. Their love remains alive, esp. the one that you do with all of ur heart without expecting anything in return but their presence in ur life.
Happened back in 1925, a true story has this amount of impact to shudder the hearts in 2020. Loved watching this movie. Quite heartfelt & much captivatingly structured in terms or dialogues & characters. Layout, scenes & places have been pretty smoothest as well which made it more finest quality to be watching without getting off track. Looking forward to watching movies more which are more alikely to "Hachii - A Dog's Tale".
Lashtam Pashtam (2018)
One Time Watch
The story seems to be quite no different than some same Bollywood movies. Even the meaning of "Lashtam Pashtam" reminds me the meaning of dialogues used in movies like "Tubelight" & "Om Shanti Om". The story could be more better, however, as saying goes, it's easy to criticize others than to reshape the things oneself. So i appreciate efforts put.
