Elvis (2022)

Austin Butler is Elvis

As already pointed out , for the first 30-40 minutes you see a fat Tom hanks hogging the screen while literally peeking on Elvis's performance. The decision to have a hateful character like Colonel Parker given the voiceover to the movie was not at all a good one.

Austin Butler is awesome and so are the supporting characters. Tom's portrayal of the obnoxious Colonel Parker was realistic.

The low light is pointing modern tunes to Elvis's legendary old golden songs and too much non linear storytelling and using too much footage of Tom Hanks and having him narrate the Story. (it was proved Colonel Parker worked Elvis like a workhorse) The ending is a tearjerker as we see Elvis's final performance in 1977 as a chubby middle aged singer whose songs still have the same depth when he was a young man. The montage of the real Elvis was very welcome.

Unnecessary sequel made for a middle aged Priyanka Chopra

A matrix sequel without Morpheus and Agent Smith. I watched the original Matrix way back in 1999 in theatre. Keanu Reeves and Carrie Anne moss are great actors but i am getting the feeling this turkey was made to fulfil a certain Priyanka's wish to be part of a blockbuster sequel(remember her famous Flop Baywatch). .

Dexter: New Blood: Sins of the Father (2022) Season 1, Episode 10

Predictable but sad ending

Dexter finally gets peace. However, his son has now nowone and Dex will be remembered as a cop killer. This was the ending many people thought would be the climax. However, we will get a surprise from the team of Dexter tomorrow so let's see. Thanks for the memories, Dexter, Debra, Batista and the new members Angela, Audrey and a menacing Kurt Caldwell.

The Unhealer (2020)

A original story with great lead actor

The story is original and all the cast members act pretty good. This is a example of quality over quality.

This shows small studios can make good movies without having a Michael Bay budget. Looking forward to Part 2 of The Unhealer.

I watched this show from Jan 15 2000 when it was first telecst in India and have been a lifelong fan of the series. The cast was flawless and it would have been really good if the whole episode was about them just talking about their experiences , viewing show bloopers. On set experiences and. The addition of the supporting cast members like Elliot Gould, Christina Pickles(Ross and Monica's Parents)and my favorite Maggie Wheeler aka Janice was a welcome bonus. What did not work out were the guest appearances by unrelated celebrities especially the liberal do gooder Malala . Also the ever irritating James Gorden should not have been hosting the Q&A session. Monica, Chandler, Joey, Phoebe, Ross & Rachel, you will remain 'Friends'.

Trimurti (1995)

Unfortunate enough to see this in 1995

This was the most overhyped movie of 1995. However the end product was the same of the heroes seeking revenge for their father's death and to fulfil the wish of their mother to destroy the villain. Everything was loud and bombastic. I regret watching this in Theatre and ruining one perfectly good December vacation day.

Will Ferrell is a comedy god. He can read a dinner menu and still crack you up. The same is for the immensely talented Kirstin Wiig. This is a parody of the feel good lifetime genre. where the protagonists are always successfully white people. The joke is Lifetime made a parody of their genre . Hence you have all the stereotypes and WTF moments. Example- Book written by Will is called ' Debt not a four letter word'.

Bhaag Beanie Bhaag (2020– )

Stop promoting this Z grade actress Swara

After the disaster called Rasbhari shown on Amazon Prime, Flesh on Eros Now, Netflix is trying to make a series starring communist aunty Swara. Netflix should stop making Indian content altogether. Either it is Karan Joharized or Anuarg Kashapized. Plz look at your international collection. IO loved Narcos, The Irishman and now The Liberator. Also channels need to stop betting on a losing actress like Swara.

Laxmii (2020)

A mess of a movie starring a 53 year old Canadian

I admire the director Raghav Lawrence's previous work both a director and actor(Kanchana franchise, Muni, Don no.1). This movie seems to be ghost directed by some bollywod idiot who thinks insulting Hindu gods and using sequences from Hollywood movies like IT, Exorcist will make this movie as superhit. Akshay thinks he can make stupid movies and audience will watch. He looks above 50 no matter how much make up or CGI is used. Kiara Adani is a favorite of godfather Karan Johar and is another Alia Bhatt clone. I am done with the Khans and Aksshay (Mr India who owns a Canadian passport).

Naanu Matthu Gunda (2020)

Heartwarming story about Man;'s best friend

I must thank the director and the actors of this movie for making a simple but a really heart wrenching movie. The Dog Gunda is awesome and the human case is also excellent. Special mention to lead actor Shivraj. The climax is really emotional. A dog will remain a faithful companion to humans as mentioned in Mahabharata.

When Netflix started producing Original Indian content, everybody including me were excited. However, it seems the management of Netflix India think that they have to cater to the liberal and communist mindset than the regular viewers. Their shows like ' Leila'. Sacred Games' , Ghoul(all produced by commie liberals Anurag Kashyap' have shown that Netflix only cares about to how to twist Hindu mythology and insult Hinduism. This movie 's title is self explanatory. Netflix also has the misfortune of aligning with Karan Johar whose shows are like a bollywood saga ful of glitz and glamour and np substance or story. Netflix plz clean up your act and care about Indian sentiments. Commies and liberals don't make up majority of this nation. Making fun of Hindu ideology or blatantly showing Hinduism as a bigot/fake religion will backfire on you.

Awesome story and awesome acting by Manoj Bajpai. It was good to see humor as well and the way Indian media is portrayed.
