Bankrupt on Boardwalk (2020)
Never seen it but...
Obviously the other 2 reviews for all of this person's work are overwhelmingly positive, always the same 2 reviewers & always on the same date.
So you do the math.
The Last Drive-In with Joe Bob Briggs: Ginger Snaps (2021)
Canadian Werewolf Metaphor Glory
I mean, the movie is goddamn awesome enough on it's own. But showing it here? Genius. Darcy's cosplay from this episode is the lockscreen on my phone
*mild complaunt* it is incorrectly stated that the follow up in the Ginger trilogy are not good. They are. Obviously not as prolific as the OG but they found an interesting way to continue the story. Pt 3 is maybe not for everybody tho.
The Drive-In Never Dies.
The Last Drive-In with Joe Bob Briggs: Dead and Buried (2021)
Slow burn Rural Zombie
While not my favorite presentation on the LDI, rewatching it as an adult, I came to appreciate the film more. This format & Joe Bob's wealth of information can really open up a mind & warp perspective it's part of his magic.
Also Darcy is a Mail Goddess
The Drive-In Never Dies.
I Spit on Your Gravy (2012)
Come back!
I miss Mia Mayo & her grotesque take on cooking. As a bigger fan of horror than food, it was a fun experience. And it doesn't hurt that she's easy on the eyes.
Kill the Habit (2010)
It's funny...
How this unknown film from a decade ago has pretty much all positive reviews. Even weirder is how they're all from the last 2 years. I think maybe 1 of them is less than a 9.
While it's seems made relatively competenly I have yet to laugh once at the 20 min marker.
And it's a full 40 mins before we even get to the plot device. I'm quitting of boredom.
