Resident Evil (2022)
It's not as bad as so of these reviews say it is
The show isn't what one would call good and it's far from amazing. There is plenty wrong with it from the main character to its habitat of changing the setting when the storyline of the other timeline was just getting good. However it is still entertaining enough to make it watch able. There are many RE fans who will hate what the show has done but there will also be plenty of fans who will like the show.
In short don't listen to these reviews. It is a show that is better to watch yourself and then form an opinion.
Kyokou Suiri (2020)
Great characters and great art, but not what was expected
I think the problem that some people have with the show is how different it is from what was advertised. The previews portrayed In/spectre as a horror, when it is actually just a supernatural mystery show.
But even if you wanted a horror, you can't help fall in love with the lead characters and the artwork. The female lead is energetic and fun, even though you expect her to serious and relaxed. There are so many other reasons why this show was so good.
Gods of Egypt (2016)
Great idea but horrible execution
This movie had an amazing concept, like an Egyptian Mythology Clash of the Titans. But in the end it relied too heavily on CGI. This resulted with scenes that liked like something out of a video game, and not in a good way.
Doctor Who: The Timeless Children (2020)
Forget the haters
The timeless child somehow changes everything and yet changes absolutely nothing. It felt like l was watching a classic episode. The point is that you should make up your own mind about the episode and not give in to peer pressure
Terminator: Dark Fate (2019)
If nothing else, watch it for the fights
Personally, I don't see what's wrong with it. That doesn't make it a good movie though. The best part of the recent Terminator movies are the bad guys and the fights, so if you are going to watch it then watch it for them
The Grudge (2019)
Don't listen to other people's opinions, make up your own mind
But if you do decide to read this, then know that I enjoyed this movie quite a bit. An "R" rating was exactly what The Grudge needed. The ending could have been better, plus any one who has seen the original will know what is going to happen. This is still a better sequel than The Grudge 2 and 3.
