Planet Hulk (2010)
This was horrible!!!
The artwork and animation was horrible and the story totally sucked!!! There was nothing good about this whatsoever. I am so lucky that a friend of mine let me use their DVD to watch and did not spend my money. Whoever did the artwork for Dr. Strange should be doing all of the artwork for whatever Marvel Comics character they will use to make a movie. DC has gotten them beat when it comes to making their comic book characters movies. All of that history Marvel has and they come out with mess like this. Truly as sad as the motion pictures that have been made. I was not too happy with the X-Men and Spider-Man Animated Series in the 90's with them changing the comic book story lines around but at least the artwork was good.
Airwolf (1984)
Airwolf
One of my favorite shows in the 80's. After the first season, it started going downhill when they decided to add Jean Bruce Scott to the cast. Deborah Pratt was wonderful and it was fun watching her and Ernest Borgnine's character go at it with each other. The last episode she appeared in was one of my favorites for in the second season. Unfortunately during those days, blacks did not last long on television shows. Some of the episodes in the second season where okay but the third season it was more about the human characters than Airwolf and it was not shown until almost at the end of the show. When it went to USA, it was disgusting!!!
Wolverine and the X-Men (2008)
Wolverine and the X-Men
I have just seen it and I will have to say that it is at least better than X-Men: Evolution ONLY story-wise and having them in their comic book costumes. I still do not like the artwork and I am tired of Wolverine being the focal point even though he is the most popular X-Men character. I'm sorry, as long as Cyclops is still alive, he is just not a leader. X-Men: Animated Series was only better because of the artwork and their individual costumes that they worn doing that time in the comic books. What was wrong with that series is the X-Men team line-up and rebooting of some of the comic books stories that was made for the show including acting like they do not know characters who were original team members (Iceman and Angel/Archangel) or new team members (Nightcrawler, Colossus, Banshee) in some of the episodes.
Babylon 5: The Lost Tales (2007)
Truly Disappointed
I watched this last night and was truly disappointed. The stories were too short and there was only one member from the cast!!! I do not count Tracey Scoggins because she was useless during her time on the show and should not have been in one of the movies at all and Peter Woodward from Crusade was interesting but takes it over the top too much. The worst thing of all about this DVD is the tribute they did for Andreas Katsulas and Richard Biggs without all of the other original cast members!!! The only good thing about this movie is the exterior shots of Babylon 5. I think I am going to try to get my money back because it was not worth it.
Spider-Man 3 (2007)
The Worst Movie Out Of The Three
I expected so much out of this movie with them having one of the baddest villains in Marvel Comics. Venom was the size of Carnage except in a black costume. Eddie Brock is not suppose to have fangs either. Sand is suppose to flow not float. Good job on Sandman though. The continuity with this movie (actually all three) with the comic book is way off. Gwen Stacy was Peter Parker's girlfriend and killed by the Goblin over a bridge when his glider struck her knocking her off the bridge with Spider-Man saving her before she crashed. The first movie was close but with those differences and nobody getting killed. This movie was more about Peter Parker and Mary Jane Watson. An action movie turned into a chick flick. The end scene really shocked me!! No Spider-Man swinging through the city like at the end of the two previous movies!!! There should not be a 4th movie just like there should not be a 4th X-Men movie!!!
