Interesting cross over
26 June 2020
Warning: Spoilers
In this episode they talk about Meredith having a dilemma that's like the movie Sophie's Choice. At this point in the series Peter MacNicol still plays Dr. Robert Stark on Grey's but he played Stingo in Sophie's Choice.

Joy of life
20 June 2020
The episodes like this one make me sad for the real people in the world that are actually like Miranda Bailey that believe that a highly successful career is more important than anything else when can you have in life. They can't understand people that find joy in the lives they touch and that touch their life.

Sad reality
18 June 2020
Warning: Spoilers
Seems that the saddest part of this episode is near the end when Meredith and Christina are arguing. Meredith doesn't realize that Christina shows Bailey to do the surgery with because to Bailey work is by far #1 & her child is a out of sight distant second. Meredith it's like Derek, they both will walk out of a surgery for the children. Children have no place in Christina's world. The best person in this picture is by far Meredith but she lets Christinas views make her feel bad.

One of two
13 June 2020
There are only 2 episodes in all the years I found that earned a 10, this episode and when Meredith builds the candle house. Just as they found a perfect way for the character of Meredith to take a chance on love they too found the perfect way for Derek to propose. Shonda Rhimes either has a amazing imagination or some incredibly interesting people in her life.

The years of hurt Meredith is put through loving a man she is kept at a distance from because Derek's cheating ex wife that didn't want him until she found out about Meredith was able to keep Derek hanging on to hope of the past. Meredith's trust issues get worse before they get better. Shonda Rhimes Is brilliant.

Inconsistency
9 June 2020
Warning: Spoilers
This is a great drama but it's got a alarming number of inconsistencies. This episode Maranda Bailey says she was the only female in her intern year but by season 16 she is the only one left after Callie Torres left.

Going to miss Alex
8 June 2020
Like many I'm going to miss Alex but of all the actors over the years to leave this series they gave Alex a dream out. In trying to help Meredith he contacts Izzie for help to find out she used the eggs the had frozen and had twins. He went to see them and released this was the chance that he'd always dreamed of.

This was so much better then when Lexie dies from the plane crash with Mark holding her hand & the two of them telling each other how much they love the other. Followed up in the first few episodes of the next season with Mark slowly dying over a month as he's clearly lost his will to live.

If they want to write a character out of this show get rid of Deluca & write a character the calibre of Derek or Finn to be in Meredith & the children's lives, with the life she's had that character deserves the happily ever after & it's not like she should have to work being that she and Derek invested $30 million in the hospital and a neurosurgeon the calibre they wrote Derek to be would have had at least a $5 million life insurance policy & the hospital that killed Derek would clearly have been paying too. At this point in the show Meredith has to be worth at least $40 million.

Bad choices should have been the title of this episode
8 June 2020
Warning: Spoilers
In 16 seasons of all the bad choices the writers have had characters make this episode tops them all! I seriously am in shock that this ended with Meredith finding DeLuca having a clear breakdown on the floor in the hallways of the hospital and she takes him home. WTF, what a complete irresponsible thing to do especially being her home has 3 children in it. What she's doing would be like a nurse preforming heart surgery. It's clear that DeLuca is more than likely suffering from bipolar disorder. So what kind of doctor would take a person like that to their home with their 3 young children. Also seems like Zola has better judgement with DeLuca than her mother. The writers better not have anything happen to those children next season because of Meredith taking a clearly mentally ill Deluca into her home.

Cruel
7 June 2020
Warning: Spoilers
The battle that Meredith and Derek have at the end is so incredibly realistic & well acted. The sad thing is that we humans really are that cruel to each other even those we love the most. Sometimes it like we hurt someone to prove that they will hurt us.

Unrealistic
2 June 2020
Warning: Spoilers
In the mid 70's as a youth orthopaedic surgeons attempted to lengthen one of my limbs. I'll repeat in the mid 70's because 45 years ago that procedure was not near as barbaric as it was depicted on this episode, I was sure that I had read somewhere that they had real doctors advising on techniques, are the real doctors working for this show sadist?

Funny
27 May 2020
Warning: Spoilers
This episode has a lot of funny parts. Sadly at the end the black hole Christina with the liquid nitrogen in her veins shows up when Derek comes to her door with Meredith in the car looking for help because Meredith won't stop crying and the first thing out of Cristinas mouth is a snotty question what did you do, propose. The best thing the writers ever did was get rid of the character of Christina.

Christina?
26 May 2020
Warning: Spoilers
This tv series deals with so many destructive humans behaviours but it fails to deal with the fact that the character of Christina is possessive of Meredith to the point that she always makes sure to inject herself between anyone that she thinks might get too close to her. For Christina to feel good about herself being emotionally dysfunctional she needs to keep someone else down with her and she has clearly picked Meredith as she early on recognized that Meredith had a lot of baggage from here childhood.

We really are this dysfunctional
26 May 2020
Warning: Spoilers
At this point the emotionally absent Meredith has her at risk of loosing Derek. Almost 2 decades ago I married the most amazing women I've ever met in my life & I was her. Eventually she left because I never found the strength to be open, I lost "the one" because I was weak. In real life Derek would have kissed her when Lexie made a pass at him.

First 11 seasons are great
24 May 2020
Warning: Spoilers
Sadly after the death of the character of Dr. Derek Shepard this show is not much better than 5 stars. The highlight is the romance between Alex & Jo after Derek dies as you can't replace the one! Ellen Pompeo & Patrick Dempsey had such incredible on screen chemistry they made there love story believable and unreplaceable. By the time they get to season 15 and they start writing a story where Meredith starts dating again the character they bring into her life could only be more repulsive if he turned out to be her half brother. It's time they end this series, they should think about letting Meredith get sick and die.

Seriously?
21 May 2020
Warning: Spoilers
I just cannot believe that they wrote Derek out by killing him and on their last night together Meredith gets pregnant! They tried so hard after she lost their first and the tragedy that he dies and she's pregnant. How can they ever write in another character that will be good enough for Meredith, everyone will be settling as you only get one once in a lifetime.

I've watched this series a few times and honestly the only person on the show that I could ever see with Meredith after Derek dies is Alex. They are such protective friends of each other with a great understanding of each other. Derek was her soulmate and Alex is her best friend.

The thing I've never figured out is why Patrick Dempsey left, since leaving this great show he's done little.

Humanity
7 April 2020
The sad thing is most people will either think this fiction or humanity at it's worst when in fact this is humanity at it's best. Any doubters look to America, currently the world is facing COVID-19 and Donald Trump is stealing medical supplies from other countries and not even providing them to his own as his son-in-law has control what happens with them and 50% of Americans support this Genocide In the name of profit. This people is the real world we live in, get them before they get you! If a president can murder people so can we!

Too many truths
31 March 2020
The saddest part of this movie is the truth, the separation of the classes of society. Sadly the person that one truly connects with might not be from the way of life your accustomed to and because they can't walk on your side of the street you'll never know. Sadly people of substantial means rarely see regular people for who they are because they are afraid of the intentions, also sadly what they are afraid that person might be after ($$$$$) we can't take with us when we die and the best thing we leave behind are the memories! Sadly few people see what is truly important in life!

Horrific Tragedy

The sad thing about this movie is that there is probably far more truth to this than we want to believe. We can be so compassionate and kind but we can also be horrible monsters.

Powerful and Moving
27 March 2020
The most disgusting part of this movie is when they as adults have sex. How damaged must one be to as a adult have sex with the person that sexually abused them as a child? I don't know that I've ever seen a movie that deals with the damage that sexual abuse dose better than this movie did. I don't believe for a minute that he is not or hasn't thought of having sex with the daughter of his new wife, sexual predators don't change.

Every time I come across yet another movie about sexual abuse of a child it brings sadness to my heart. This truth is a reality for far too many. I know how years of bullying affected me for my whole life (in my 50's now) and I can't comprehend how this would affect one. I can say of all those I dated and 2 wives over half had been sexually assaulted and most as children. Hearing the stories and seeing the pain on their faces is life changing, one was shocked into telling me when I showed up for a date wearing a new cologne, one ex-wife after the wedding when I was unpacking went into a rage when I took a pice of art out and made me distort it. It's heartbreaking to see the scars, if you suspect a child you know is going through something like this do something! Children don't ask for this, just because a child gets a crush is not a excuse, it's up to the adults to explain that it's just a crush.

We Are A Product Of Our Environment
26 March 2020
The sad truth in this true story is that this woman had a horrible life but dreamt of a better life. At the point where she thought something better could be another person helped put her on a path of destruction. She left a string of victims but before she found her first victim she was a victim many times over. It's sad how easily we humans are willing to throw a person away. How so called religious people are so judgemental holding a book that tells of love, companion, forgiveness, redemption, the hate in the Bible comes from Lucifer and so many so called Christians are so full of hate in the name of god!

Nothing like a family with a leach
23 March 2020
Ben Mendelsohn Dose a amazing job of playing the despicable oldest child that is a back stabbing, conniving, lying leach of a brother that for who the ends always justify the means even when tearing down his own family! Such a easy cariture to hate if you've got a moral compass.

Season 3 Episode 1, WTF, 48 minute show that seemed like it was 4 hr because almost the whole show is 3 people loosing their minds at once.

Dysfunctional
21 March 2020
The saddest thing about this program is that TV is so full of programming about self involved people and this program is no different! We wonder why our society is so dysfunctional when this is a fine example of what we and our children are watching!
