WandaVision: Previously On (2021)
I cried three times
This. Episode. IS TOO DAMN GOOD. It is actually the best MCU based thing I have seen. I know I might be speaking in bit of a hyperbole, but I always preferred character-oriented stories rather than CGI explosion fest. As we dived deeper and deeper into Wanda's psyche and trauma throughout the runtime it also presents an important lesson as to how "Grief is just love persevering".
Also that end reveal. I did not expect them to pay homage to the comics to this degree but a welcome surprise! THIS IS HOW YOU MAKE AN AMAZING CHARACTER who happens to be a "female" BTW. Take notes big studios.
The Boys: What I Know (2020)
MOST SATISFYING FINALE EVER!!!
At first I was worried at how they would handle all the loose threads in only an hour.
BOY OH BOY THEY MANAGED TO PULL IT OFF IN SUCH A GREAT FASHION!!
Forget what you predicted you will be thrown ofcourse and what I love about the episode is that.... it actually made me feel bad about Homelander.. and also certain things..
This episode single handedly elevated the entire season and now I prefer 2nd season over the first any day. Dialogue has been gold and realistic as always.
I'm just speechless at the final reveal.
10/10
The Boys: We Gotta Go Now (2020)
Stop crying over weekly episodic format
Learn to be patient folks. Stop having this obsessive need of getting everything at once. Netflix has ruined us.
As for this episode: Tremendous pace with messed up and tense moments. I love how they portrayed what really goes on inside big budget Hollywood production when the corporate excecutive meddles with the story and direction *cough* JOSSTICE LEAGUE *cough*.
I will always love how they portray LGBT and minorities characters in a believable normal way other shows should take notes. This is how you do diversity.
Dil Bechara (2020)
Seri. Nuff' said.
Dil Bechara is an exceptional movie with side plots which improve the tone and concepts of the book (TFIOS) on which it is based on further.
It's very exciting to see an Indian rendition which is much better than the Hollywood adaptation IMO.
