Gossip Girl (2021)
Initially I was like "1".. after the latest episodes, I'm like "8"
It's gotten MUCH better as the seasons and characters progress. Sure, I don't like the blonde teacher's voice/speech, but overall the drama has gotten good and I'm starting to care about the characters.
Gossip Girl: Parentsite (2021)
Good
It's starting to feel like GG with the last two episodes!
Gossip Girl: She's Having a Maybe (2021)
PLEASE JUST STOP THE TEACHERS
I hope you there's somehow a demise with them, but they're ruining the show and it's uncomfortable to watch these teachers Stalk these students. Honestly, I find it relatively entertaining minus the faculty. Xoxo GG.
Things Heard & Seen (2021)
Best thing about this movie is it put me to sleep 3 nights in a row
Which means... it was not good/interesting. Like, what's the point of the ghosts if they didn't do anything. Except I guess the alluded dude ghost helped the husband kill the wife. BUT, WHAT WAS THAT ENDING? Am I missing something. Is it based on a famous painting, or was it one of his cousin's. Mad confused.
I'm Thinking of Ending Things (2020)
Artsy Fartsy
Wouldn't have been shocked if this were a Lena Dunham film. Some parts were cool, I pretty much understood what was going on (minus the dog shaking its head), but the redhead girl's overacting was a bit much (maybe that was on purpose, since she's clearly fabricated). I never read the book, so I'm kind of disappointed, because the book sounds more interesting. I actually loled at the diner movie he watched; "directed by Robert Zemeckis." I'm assuming that's a little nod to "back to the future", since that's kinda what the old dude is doing throughout the movie. And how the dude worked up courage, unlike the protagonist to the redhead girl. I also wanted to say I like the homage to Oklahoma, and the main dude basically singing his own version of "Poor Jud Fry" at the end.
Side note.. Toni Collette could appear as a cameo just to fart, and I'd still love her.
The Invisible Man (2020)
Good but one thing that bothered me
I'm halfway in the movie, but I'm thinking of one thing midway through.... when she goes back... WHY IS THE DOG STILL THERE? Like, the dude died. Wouldn't someone have taken the dog? Super sus. I'd be like "someone's in cahoots", or it just shouldn't been taken out. Guess I'll find out.
Updaet: I knew there was something fishy.
Busanhaeng (2016)
The little girl in this movie....
Is amazing. I usually don't like child actors too much, but she's incredible.
