In Nacht und Eis (1912)
Is there a history mistake?
I get it, this movie was either made before the inquiry or after. This director obviously didn't get his research done. As I watch it on YouTube, I noticed that the captain and the first officer are holding binoculars. In fact, two pairs of them. When one or both were locked up and the officer who departed the ship failed to return them. Anyone worshipping this movie should come to their sense or they just don't know their history on the ship. It's interesting, that's for sure. Even the goofs can't realize it, and I don't understand why they would mistake it and ignore it. Then the goofs on every page is never properly written.
Titanic (1997)
This is better than the 1996 version - to all the haters
Hear me out; there are a lot of critics against this movie. But I want to make something clear. If anyone has ever watched the Titanic 1996, please let me just say that movie is as bad as anyone who found the quality of this movie displeasing. I actually appreciate this movie for many reasons. One, if it weren't for this movie, I wouldn't have grown up with the knowledge of the Titanic as a young one in Elementary School. Two, I started to admire ocean liners and other ships thanks to this movie. Best moments of my life. This movie is incredible, the acting, the view of the ship, the interior accuracy of the. Even the real life counterparts, can we just acknowledge that? Does it have innaccuracy? Okay, fine, but please know that this movie was made by historians who did their actual research. Not only that, but used some factual surviors pointers and added historical references. Like the passenger listening in on Captain Smith and Bruce Ismay. Or the cook who survived the sinking by getting drunk. And the ships officers? Heroes. Now, Murdoch, no one knows what really happened to him so of course they're going to make a conspiracy to his death.
Adding to my point, this movie is amazing. It's my childhood and I grew up on learning about the Titanic thanks to this movie. Now, let me complain about the 1996 version (as I remember it). 1. The movie includes a love story like Jack and Rose, but the woman is still married. (stake it, haters.) 2. In that version during the iceberg collision, Murdoch is wearing binoculars....and if I recall by facts, the crew didn't have access to the binoculars onboard because someone locked them and took the key, then left the ship. Adding in during the prop scene, the propellors are made to look like a freaking windmill. Last but not least, the more awful part in that movie is where a crew member r*ped a third-class passenger.
So, haters, before you continue to criticize this movie, please remember that this ship actually shows the perfection to it. A Night to Remember and this version will always be my favorite.
Titanic 666 (2022)
Disrespectful trash!
If Hollywood continues to make disasters and victims into horror villains, then they need to be dropped and sunk into bankruptcy. Captain Smith, a hero who never have taken a lifeboat, practically sacrificing themselves, the crew who died on board did their best to help save the passengers, sacrificing themselves. The passengers, CHILDREN INCLUDING! DIED ON THAT SHIP! So, to the director, I hope that someday you'll regret this movie. Doubt it though. Sad, real sad.
The Amityville Murders (2018)
Get a new way of life, film creators.
Do they ever think of effects? Stop making real life murders into horror films such as this.
Once Upon a Time in... Hollywood (2019)
An awesome plot. Awesome attention.
I just purchased this movie. Sharon Tate and her friends death was such a depressing mark on the late 60s, it hurts me of the story. What I would love is that this plot in the movie should've been a reality...
Hubie Halloween (2020)
Hilariously in a good dumb way
As I am shocked that this movie has such low ratings but ah well, and some are displeased with how Adam's character has such a stupid but silly voice on. Who cares? There are movies like this of course but why can't we appreciate the acting and hilarious plot line? I grew up on watching Sandler movies. Big Daddy, Mr. Deeds, Billy Madison, so on so on. Does his voice acting even matters? The movie has incredible childhood actors that I grew up on, even the comedian actors. They're incredible. Maybe Hubie's character is suppose to show something? He's obviously bullied for the part of his behavior, he's shown as a nobody except by some citizens of Salem. So what about his voice? It's kore of the entertainment.
