Simply the best Spanish show ever.
31 March 2024
I haven't seen quite many comedy sitcoms from Spain, but to be honest I don't think there would be many better shows than this one out there. By the time I'm writing this review I'm by the end of Season 3, and though the show was very funny at first sight, the more crazy events you watch happen to these neighborhood the more you fall in love with the characters, until you reach a point where doesn't matter what they're doing, but you laugh because of HOW they're doing it or WHO does it, and after watching all these people facing highs and lows through 50 episodes of hours of pure bliss and hilarious moments, I can proudly say that this show has something than none other has: it feels almost like they were real persons, because these last months haven't been easy for me in my personal life, and during this period the only distraction I had to disconnect from my troubles was to sit on the couch, turn on the TV and watch this show with my dad and my brother. So yeah, they have been like a second family to me, and that's an unusual thing to say for a TV series, and that's why this show is so important in my life right now and it'll be until I finish it.

Sarah in her funniest and creepiest moment
6 January 2024
Gumball it's an outstanding show at doing awkward comedy, and this one it's no exception. When Sarah was first introduced in the episode "The Sweaters", you would think that it's just another filler character like almost everyone in Gumball's school. In this episode we get a closer approaching to her, and we discover that she's stalking Gumball and Darwin. While it had some good jokes, specially on the second part, I think that Sarah it's kind of annoying in this episode. And what it's worse is that the you are supposed to feel bad for her because she has no friends. In fact, Gumball and Darwin are the best thing about the episode, and the fake fight scene was funny and cute.

8/10.

They took a simple idea and made the most of it
6 January 2024
This episodes it's not just a perfect way to kick off the season, but a great example of how smart the show writers are. Any other show will replace its voice actors and do like nothing happened, but Gumball is smarter than that, and they made an episode making fun of the puberty and voice change. The episode had many great jokes too, like the bus scene, and one of the show's best songs. I love when Gumball gets weird or ironic, but there's something so magical about taking a simple concept that everyone can relate to and taking it to a hilarious extreme. Also, it's remarkable the improvement in animation quality from last season to this one.

10/10.
