Sedmikrásky (1966)
a weird ass movie
What the title says
But very inspiring
lots of aesthetic visuals and very laconic dialogue
favorite line : "There, you see? We do exist after all."
i recommend for at least one time watch.
Plein soleil (1960)
formidable !!
One if the most visually pleasing films i've ever seen
feels like guilty pleasure, even though it isn't
my overall review in four words: that should be me !
Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas (1998)
gave me anxiety
Great movie, two guys just tripping balls in the middle of the desert;
gave me anxiety but while getting my heart rate up, it made me more productive because my mind was racing the whole day
i recommend 👍
Le plaisir (1952)
an ultimate classic
Beautiful cinematography, now i get why martin scorsese and stanley kubrick were inspired by this film.
The Rocky Horror Picture Show (1975)
AAAAAAAAHHH!
Outstanding movie, promoting freedom of abolishing stereotypes and not committing to gender norms since 1975. "Don't dream it, be it" promotes an idea of being your true self, not depending on anyone's expectations of what that would look like. This movie gives me a feeling of joy, because seeing people embrace themselves and becoming open minded (like Janet) inspires me. Frank embodies the highest level of self acceptance which i aspire to achieve someday. Also, the music is very catchy!
