Trinket Box (2023)
Omg where to start
Horrible acting
Lost, confused, nonsensical plot
Horrible acting
Boring movie for almost all of it.
It actually does start out to look interesting. But those 10 minutes disappear quickly.
Horrible acting.
Did I say boring?

The Bling Ring (2022)
Alexis is the face of Botched Surgery
Alexis face is as creepy as it gets. The video wasn't bad if you take her out of it. Nick was blatantly honest. Alexis was and still is blatantly self obsessed and a liar. She actually blamed society for being a narcissist. Hey babe...I live here too. In real life I've never met a person so far from seeing themself for what they are.

Abducted in Plain Sight (2017)
Horrible story told very well
This is an uncomfortable story to watch and listen to.
The documentary is very succinct in its telling. There are no punches pulled and no ego's hidden by the family telling their story.
The bravery required to tell this story is beyond most all of us. That's okay.
But for us majority...that is why they are telling their story. So we can understand and look out for the manipulation that this trusting family endured.
I am glad they didn't spend much time on their religious beliefs. I'm not religious and don't care for it as an excuse for anyones behavior.
On the other hand, I am personally curious if 40 years later whether their views have changed one way or another.
But that's just curiosity and isn't any of my business lol.
The Time Machine (2002)
It's not bad...or very good
CGI is meh. Guy Pearce is meh. It never drew me into the story like the book or the original movie did. That's ok though. The worst part of the movie is the soundtrack.
Stranger Things (2016)
1&2 were good 4 is horrible
Easily the worst waste of time I've spent watching television.
Predictable and repetitive is hard to do in one season. Season 4 does this every show. Sad end from a great start.
The Outfit (2022)
Start to finish
I found this movie completely entertaining start to finish.
It views like a live set slightly.
I'd read the book if there is one.
Only drawback was the American mobsters acting. I felt it came across rather fake.
The Haunting of Bly Manor (2020)
This show is so boring.
I thought episode eight might really get things started. It did the exact opposite. Then the final episode...ugh.
It's just too simplistic for me.
Possibly it was written by someone from NCIS or Criminal Minds.
Bates Motel (2013)
Soap opera
It's 1980s soap opera material.
S1 E6 Norman says "I've never seen her like this"
Referring to his mother.
I'm like what?
1catatonic?
2despondent?
3emotional wreck?
4over reactionary to all that surrounds you?
This show is just typical trash that is directed and produced well.
The writing is for people that watch TV while on their phones.
Skyggen i mit øje (2021)
Wow
This was easily one of the hardest movies to watch of my life.
"Moving" doesn't come close to the loss in real life or in this depiction.
The RAF is not to be blamed.
War is atrocious.
It is also manmade.
Mankind is fallible.
The story is just a well done tragedy that will be with me for some time.
While I did know the history of this story, I didn't expect it to be done with such emotional impact-fulness.
War is always wrong.
Those that start it don't fight it.
Lost Horizon (1973)
Movie ruined by the music
I'm amazed at how bad the soundtrack is in this okay film. The film on its own isn't bad at all. Unfortunately the film had a deaf mime making the soundtrack ugh.
Reacher (2022)
Typical spoon fed story.
Honestly, there is no writing in this show that was not surpassed by any SpongeBob show.
No mystery.
No twists.
Nothing original.
Alan Ritchson Is cardboard as an actor.
Great show for early teenagers though!
The Killing (1956)
It's like dragnet
Only longer and much more predictable. The only thing that surprised me was the husband didn't take revenge after his wife lied. I really don't think about this movie deserves a critique of 150 characters.
Death in Paradise: Beyond the Shining Sea: Part Two (2019)
So glad she is dead and can't change outfits 6 times a day
Josephine Jobert has no acting ability. I'm glad she's gone. Very glad. How many times per minute does she just look up and move her eyes then turn her head down to pretend a scribble in a notepad? The answer is as vast as the cosmos. That's all she has. That's all she is capable of. That's all she is capable of offering. I skipped past seasons just to be rid of her.
Stay Close (2021)
Mindless writing.
There are so many points in every episode that just scream "This makes no sense!".
Ken and Barbie are easily the most ridiculous characters I've ever seen.
Tiger King (2020)
American trash
Only the stupidest people could rate this higher than 2.
Typical US reality trash television.
Why people would be drawn to fake people is beyond me.
Please people we are better than this.
