Twas the Text Before Christmas (2023)
A timeless text
Have you ever taken a chance and we're so glad you did? Have you ever left the comfortable to explore the unknown? Have you ever thought something was weird at first and it turned out to be the best thing that's ever happened to you? That's the idea in this wonderful Christmas movie!
Merritt and Trevor light up the screen with friendship, kindness, hope, and love as they grow together one Christmas season at a time.
I enjoyed how unique this Christmas movie was,
taking us on a journey over 3 years of Christmas connections until finally the timing was perfect and love had blossomed.
You will not be disappointed in this movie and my guess is this will be one you will want to watch again and again.
Next time you send a text, remember, anything is possible.
3 Bed, 2 Bath, 1 Ghost (2023)
A ghostly mess of a plot
This movie started and ended with a mess of a plot. Very little in the movie made any sense. The two main ladies in the movie were very poor in acting and the movies supposed suspense turned out to be nothing. No understanding as to why she can only see the ghost, no real explanation for where Charlie has been and why all of a sudden she is able to be with him and move on. Why could she leave the house after 100 years now? And as usual Hallmark has a brutally mean parent some how turn into a loving and supportive dad after one conversation. Please skip this movie and save yourself from the ghostly terrible plot and acting.
Love in Zion National: A National Park Romance (2023)
One of the worst Hallmark moves I've seen
This was probably the worst Hallmark movie I have seen in a long time. Not sure why Cindy Busby continues to do the same outdoor adventure movies these days and I'm not sure why Hallmark keeps casting her. Maybe all the decent actresses have gone to GAC? The movie plays the same old way with some decent scenery and some very terrible storyline. Busby was so dull I began to read emails while I watched the final half of the movie. The male
Lead was not only also very boring, but there was zero chemistry between them and he looked half her age. Not believable love story, very stiff acting, very bad plot. Please go for a hike yourself and skip this terrible movie.
Destined at Christmas (2022)
You are "destined" to love this movie!
This was a wonderful start to Great American Family Christmas. Two people looking for presents on Black Friday find more than they "bargained" for. This movie is a magical and suspenseful Christmas ride that has you holding hope until the very end that love would find a way. You will enjoy the acting, storyline, twists and turns, and most of all the happy ending.
The two leads, although not in much of the movie together, have you rooting for them from the start. The daughter does a great job as a kid actor as well, and may be from the credits the actual daughter of the main actor in the movie.
Have fun with this movie!
Moriah's Lighthouse (2022)
Slow and bad chemistry
Very slow story line and zero chemistry between the two leads. Not a convincing relationship and even missed on having the cinematography shine. I like Luke as an actor, but this is one to skip.
The Wedding Veil (2022)
Great cast and storyline
A wonderful mix of fun, charm, and love. You won't be disappointed as Lacey Chabert steals the show again. Great chemistry with the cast and enjoyable plot. Looking forward to the next one.
