Rockman DASH 2 (2000)
Good, but not great
First things first, Calinca/Yosyonke is the best city ever created in the games. Granted that I also find the Island-City of Kattlelox pretty amazing, I absolutely love the snow and perfect grey sky that can be found there. Pretty amazing. However, you don't get a really good scenery until the third "base" so to speak. The Jungle and Underwater areas lack something that doesn't make them that intersting. The only reason I mention the Fire area, is because it looks like excruciating detail was employed to make it happen. I also did like the sterile feeling of Elysium. I also liked the islands that you transport to, and how you're just floating there...
All in all, improvements were made, but the end-among various sceneries-take the game down a notch. I do feel quite confident that they'll put out a MegaMan Legends 3, however it will have a long animation at the beginning and end. (Beginning to actually wrap up no. 2, at the end to fully wrap up the series)
I'd say about a 7/10, if the original was 8/10, and Megaman V for gameboy was 10/10
Frailty (2001)
Yet another Horror film gone bad...
I'm going to make this short and sweet. Frailty flat out s-u-c-k sucked. 'Kay? The previews made it look good, and Stephen King endorsing it was sort of the preverbial icing on the cake so to speak. Especially since he made a good call on Hellraiser. I go to see it, and in the beginning it looked like it would turn out to be one of my new fav. horror films, well to quote Mrs. Krabappel, "Hah!". What it turned out to be was another Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation. I use this for an example since Matthew McConaughey "starred" in that feeble "flick" too. Only this one had more stars, and more of a budget. So, please, take my advice, if you want a good horror movie that is psycological (since this one tried to be) go with the Scream series or to a lesser extent The Sixth Sense. Because, a film like this, makes Friday the 13th pt. 5: A New Beginning look good.

Jason X (2001)
Well, at least it's something. Spoliers present.
As said in the one line summary, at least this movie delivers something to keep the audience awake. It is a typical FTT movie with a little less "gore", and about the same amount of T&A. But, what I think they should do, is really kill Jason, for once, and have another Voorhees go nuts, and then gradually make it to the point where A new serial killer takes Jason's place. Or something to like. Because, if your like me, You've seen enough of the same recycled plot in the latest installments of all of our favorite horror movie series. Well, you kind of get sick of it after a while, especially if it has a back-story about as deep as the plot from Friday the 13th pt. 5. So, if you agree with me, e-mail me.

Hellraiser: Inferno (2000)
Not As Bad As You Think (Caution: This Text Contains Spoilers!)
I believe that anyone who watched this movie for the first time (and had seen the previous installments of the series) absolutely hated or really didn't care for this film. The truth is, parts one, four, and five all use specific Elements from Mr. Barker's original novella, "The Hellbound Heart". In the book, he goes in depth about where the Lament Configuration actually originated (pt. 4), and how Engineers appeared (pt. 5).
If you look at it the way I do, and if you have read the book or the comics, then you will see that the cop's evil incarnation in his hell, i the engineer. (Or you could see Pinhead as the engineer, but that would go against the plot and the Hellraiser mythology)

Friday the 13th (1980)
Good movie, crappy sequels
Okay,
I do agree with every one that the following movies helped shape the re-birth of the Horror/Slasher genre: Friday the 13th, Halloween, Hellraiser, Psycho (1960/The Good Version), The Exorcist, and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. But, SOMEONE (I'm looking at you for causing this) thought it might be a good idea to make ten-million sequels to, otherwise, excellent movies. I think that everyone will agree with me on that one. This is also coming from the person who insists that he owns ALL the sequels to a movie. So, do yourself a favor, and only watch the original movie, and try to forget the crappy sequels.

P.S. Jason X Apr. 26 !
It (1990)
Best book, not best movie
Stephen King's most horrific novel to date was made, as you have already seen, into a two part mini-series in the year 1990. However, they had to cut out many extra details that made the book so infamous. I'm not willing to tell you these because, some people out there might want to enrich their mind and read the 1,091 page book. (pages taken from unedited paperback, NOT hardcover) If you ask me, the BEST King movie to date has got to be Storm Of The Century. (E-mail me if you actually get why I like it so much)

Airplane! (1980)
the BEST comedy ever!!!!!!!!!!!!
the BEST comedy ever!!!!!!!!
To tell the truth, I never laughed harder or as often as I have at Airplane ('cept maybe for some Simpson's episodes, just try to stump with trivia about them, I dare you :)]
Do yourself a favor, run, don't walk, to your local movie retailer, and BUY this movie on DVD, or to a lesser extent, on video.

Man of La Mancha (1972)
Certainly interesting if anything
As my on line title denotes, this movie is "interesting". Even though I'm only watching it in my Spanish class, it still seems, a little left of center. I guess this is what passed for entertainment in those times. But the good thing about it, is my Spanish teacher keeps me interested in it enough so I don't get completely bored. But, I guess I shouldn't really critique this movie too much, since the story itself is rather comical. i.e. the song "I'm only thinking of him" and when they start to move like pieces on a chess board. (Even though I belive that Dr. Corosco may have taken a few more steps than he should of when he was acting as the knight) Like I said before and I'll say it again, this movie is very interesting...
