More Chase Banks please!!
28 March 2024
Chase Banks is a beloved action hero known by everyone around the world. While the original Chase Banks film that came out last year was one of the best films of the 21st century, The Return of Chase Banks is one of the best sequels of the 21st century.

The directing was amazing, and you can tell each cast and crew member poured their hearts and souls into this story, all for us to enjoy. The cinematography is unique and reminiscent of some of the best action films ever, such as Battlefield Earth and Catwoman. The performances are just wonderful, and the range of emotions the actors can play draws you into the movie and makes everything so much more believable.

This story is about love, loss, and victory, a great film for anyone and everyone to enjoy. All I can ask for is more Chase Banks, so we can all join together in peace and harmony.

"I believe I am on the level of Disney and Dreamworks." - The director
20 February 2024
This is... a film! Actually, I can barely call it a film

The script follows absolutely no basic plot, we get the same opening monologue about 3 times, and every single time we get it, it introduces the story differently, causing so much confusion and just making the film unbearable. The same shots are used over and over, and the director REALLY likes fading to black for whatever reason.

The voice acting is just absolutely terrible, when characters yell you can hear the microphones peaking, and the emotion just isn't there. Also the character Calobi is just the director's self-insert.

The film repeatedly tries to make some sort of commentary about AI art, tracing art, today's economy, world peace, among other things, but the topics are just dropped and never bought back up again.

I can see that the director wanted this film to have some sort of meaning to it, a deeper message, but everything about it just falls flat on it's face. But hey, if you're looking for a movie to watch while high, this is it.

An absolute masterpiece of a film with a wonderful moral.
6 January 2024
This film is a modern masterpiece, possibly even one of the best films of all time, surpassing even Tarantino's work. The cinematography was beautiful, the use of the still camera sitting in one place was wonderful and crafted such a deep message, and the editing made sure that every second of the film was important to the story, while also making sure that the shots were interesting.

This film made me sob, and smile, and helped me find the true meaning of life and what I'm meant to do, while also helping me work on myself as a person. It made me more patient, kind, and helpful to everyone in my life.

A great film for everyone, no matter your age, race, gender, sexuality or what kind of films you like.

A decently entertaining movie, would I see it again? Probably not.

The only other Dracula movie I've seen was the original 1931 movie while I was in class, though I was barely paying attention to it, so...

Anyway, this movie was pretty decent and it was enjoyable for what it was. (I got the theatre all to myself, which was fun, but I forgot how big and salty a large bag of popcorn was, so that may have ruined it for me) The acting was fine, the characters were at least mildly interesting, I liked the costumes, and the tension was decent as well.

I do think that Woody Norman did pretty well, his character was probably my favorite overall lol

What confused me a little is that the characters were a bit stupid?? So, Dracula is on the ship (though I don't think they know it's him yet), killing people on the ship, they don't decide to search the crates until later in the movie, and in the middle of the night at that?

However, the movie did manage to get me slightly sad during one of the scenes, which is good because I usually get mad at movies instead of sad.

I'd try to give it a watch if I were you but don't expect a cinematic masterpiece or anything like that.
