Futurama - A Ten-acious Masterpiece of Galactic Awesomeness!
15 September 2023
Prepare yourself, folks, because we're about to dive into the mind-boggling world of Futurama, the show that makes intergalactic travel seem as easy as microwaving a burrito!

Where do I even begin? From the moment you're introduced to the lovable loser Fry, who, let's face it, is a contender for the title of "Unluckiest Space Cadet Ever," you know you're in for a treat. The only thing more consistent than Fry's bad luck is the hilarity that ensues because of it.

And let's not forget the cast of characters! Bender, the robot with a drinking problem and an attitude to match, is the perfect embodiment of everyone's inner anti-hero. Leela, the one-eyed wonder, is the voice of reason in this wacky circus, which is like saying a rubber chicken is the most sophisticated item in a clown's suitcase.

The writing? Oh boy, don't get me started on the writing. It's so sharp that you could use it to slice through diamondium (that's a Futurama reference for you newbies). The humor is as subtle as a spaceship crashing through your living room but about as welcome as a pizza delivery on New Year's Eve.

In conclusion, Futurama is a shining star in the animated galaxy. If you haven't watched it yet, what are you waiting for? It's a show that makes you laugh, cry (from laughter), and ponder the mysteries of life, like why Zoidberg's medical degree is written on a napkin. Ten out of ten stars? Nah, make that ten out of five stars, because in the 31st century, even the rating scale gets an upgrade!

The Leftovers - A Symphony of Frustration and Nonsensicality
30 August 2023
"The Leftovers" is an absolute disaster. Did the person handling the music even bother to listen? It's like they were actively trying to create chaos for our ears.

And the story? If it had any logic, it must have departed too. Annoying doesn't even begin to cover the frustration this mess brings. Save yourself the agony - this show is a one-way ticket to disappointment.

I can't help but wonder if the people recommending it were part of the cast or had their pockets lined to spew this nonsense. It's either that, or they have some kind of warped taste in entertainment. The fact that anyone could applaud this dumpster fire is beyond comprehension. It's almost impressive how something could go so wrong. If you value your time, sanity, and brain cells, steer clear of "The Leftovers."
