What can I say that hadn't been said yet?
"Asalto" is one of those ultra-violence short movies, born around the "Pulp Fiction" Era. This one, is a homage to movies like "Dog Day Afternoon", John Woo's "The Killer".
Being not a true original concept, the value of the film is that in just a few seconds, the cast win the audience. Every character, except for the main two, stays in camera no longer than 10 secs. A robbery can't take longer! But that is enough time to feel sorry for the third thief, or just plain laugh about the bank clerk's face.
A must see!!
