Paranormal Activity 4 (2012)
Wow I cant wait Paranormal Activity 104!!!
So, I liked first 3 movies. I watched them with my girlfriend in one go, all 3, one after another, and that really got us going to see the part 4. We waited for over a year to see it in cinema, and we were expecting to see the story end, or to see it make more sense... but NO!!! Story doesn't get cleared at all, except for answering the - WHERE IS HUNTER - question. You don't get to know anything more then you already knew after watching first 3 parts... and that really sucks! Turns out, you can ignore part 4, and see part 5, and do not miss anything in the story line.
<<< SPOILERS FOLLOW!!! >>>
All in all it looks like this was a part 1 of the part 4 of the movie. Really, story wise, you hear nothing new, you get one new spooky kid out of no where, which is not fitting the story... I mean, Katie had one more kid, or what??? And you see where hunter ended up... At the end of the movie, you get 1 minute of really scary action, and that - is - it.
I gave it a 1 star, because: - Nobody looked at the camera recordings, if they did, they would see some interesting stuff and the movie would develop a lot different - Toby is really boring, he doesn't do anything - in contrast to other 3 movies - Not much is happening during the night, except for children talking to the Xbox - Kinekt idea is great - but done really bad... - To much "Blair Witch Project" scenes... so you get to much first person action, in contrast to first 3 movies where you were fixed to the surveillance system perspective - which I liked more - I'll have to see 100 more parts of this movie to see the story end!!!
Sesir profesora Koste Vujica (2012)
A movie that should be only a trailer
I went and saw this movie a wile ago, and was disappointed by the absence of the actual story in the movie!
At first, you meet the characters, they look fun and interesting, but as soon as the movie picks up (15min after), you are lost in meaningless dialogs, and boring events...
And this is the story of the movie: an old professor that teaches (whatever subject) in school is teaching it to the couple of great Serbian minds... That's the story (?!). I mean, I am Serb, but I like to see something going on on the big screen, and not just meaningless acting around the old looking Belgrade...
Fifteen minutes into the movie, and you want to throw yourself out of the cinema!
What drove me to see this horrible movie was the cast, and the interesting movie poster... won't happen again. From now on I'll check the movie on IMDb before I go blindly in to see it.
I gave it 1/10, only because there was no smaller grade to chose then 1.
