Great Comedy, Home Buyers Beware!
25 September 2003
One of the great classic comedies. Not a slapstick comedy, not a heavy drama. A fun, satirical film, a buyers beware guide to a new home.

Filled with great characters all of whom, Cary Grant is convinced, are out to fleece him in the building of a dream home.

A great look at life in the late 40's.

Very good film, I won't spoil anything for you!

The Action is great, with one of the best car chases on film (Next to Bullitt and Ronin). The Acting is solid, the secondary characters don't bring the film down. I heard some people grumbling about the story, remember that you have to think a little during Matrix movies! People have written philosophy books on the first film!! They thought they were going to see 138 minutes of non-stop action.

The movie makers should be happy with the crowd reaction, gasps, cheers and laughs when called for.

One scene that could be trimmed down (you will know it when it happens), but that is not much to complain about.

Overall, a very exciting set up for part 3.

Your mouth will hit the floor!

I saw this film in a bar, but missed the title so had no idea what I was watching. I had to use IMDB to identify it, thank god Herve was in the cast.

This is the most visually disturbing film I have witnessed. We were glued to the screen, mouths agape. I though the guy dressed in a tuxedo and giant frog head molesting the topless girl might have been a little too much for my wife, but she was laughing like the rest of us.

If you can find it, WATCH IT. You won't be able to look away, I promise!!
