Journalist characters are completely unlikeable, like real journalists so I guess that was realistic. Clearly an anti christian bias ... again, thanks hollywood. It was just pointless and the story went no where. Kirsten Dunst is unattractive. The hispanic guy was a try hard. Seems like the only "bad" people again were white males. Had tokenistic casting and was just boring. I couldnt care less if any of the characters died especially the main ones. The ending was lazy and flat. Lots of americanesque swearing and of course your required hollywood blasphemy. And in all this movie was terrible and i am glad i paid zero dollars to watch it.

Production value is still there but wokeism ruins this movie. Q is now an alphabet parader, which is fine if it fits with Q so far but it is obvious it was just a checkbox to appease the alphabet parade group. The new 007 is completely unlikeable and again is only there to tick a box to appease lefties.
Cars and gadgets are cool, as are the stunts but again completely ruined by wokery.
From this point on it seems that I will only watch movies from the BW (before woke) era.

Watched this movie for the first time ever this week. I can see how holly wood have been slowly turning the world woke for decades. Acting is okay but man does this movie love the smell of its own f#rts. I can see that from movies like this the west can abandon studying philosophers like Aristotle and just turn to Hollywood for guidance and what and how to think. I have seen the light and can see that they know everything. All hail the enlightened hollywood elite!

After giving up on movies made in the past few years due to wokeness I have experimented with classic movies and this one did not disappoint. It had me laughing unlike the toilet humour movies of late. Must of been nice to go to the movies and not have to tick hollywood cancel culture boxes. I definitely recommend it unless you are woke, then you'll hate it.

Talk about a bad movie. First they had to tick the pescribed "woke" boxes then try to get to the story. But thats the thing the story was lame. It was like it was written by a 16 year old English class student forced to do a unit on "Lenses of gender" or something. Wish I could lower the average but I am sure there are tonnes of college students keeping it high.

Russell Crowe is brilliant as always. Cant say i felt sorry for the divorce lawyer guy. Should have just given a courtesy honk I suppose. Didnt like the part where he went after the son, that was just not okay. Cooper would have been more a believeable character if he didnt go after the kid.

This movie is 80 years old but gets better like vintage. Cant belive how good the cinematography is. The old south sets look great. Lefties need to loosen up and enjoy this movie for the romance and drama not focus on its dark period in history.

I watched this movie as I enjoy Japanese culture and it got a high score. I was not prepared for the onslaught that was Bareroot gen. It portrays war time life in a very plain no holds bar way. Characters just died left right and centre. The depiction of the effects of the bomb were spot on. I would recommend this for mature teens but not children. It made me genuinely sad but in a constructive way. It wasn't anti-american just anti-war.

Movies like this make me question the motivations and agendas of the creators. All this pointless violence and hate, so much hate and loathing. This movie adds no value to society except that it might give you a glimpse of what hell will be like, in that if you are surrounded by such hateful people than mindless violence will be the result.
I also suspect that another motivation was to portray white people from texas as horrible poor trash. The "woke" left love to portray themselves as enlightened and people from the south as ignorant.
Finally I think the left is always attempting to outdo each other in terms of being shocking. They believe it makes them look clever I suppose.
Many elements of this film were cleverly constructed but I ask you, was there any wisdom shown in making this film?

Man, I dont think ill ever see an entertaining super hero movie again, just politically correct movies with way too much CGI. This movie should have been 1hr and 30 min.

Not sure why this movie is averaging so low. Its not the greatest crime movie but it is decent enough. Acting is solid and pacing keeps things interesting. Action is well executee. Granted some things were quite obvious but its hard to not be in a genre like this. I enjoyed it.

This movie reminded me of the way that videos have a reputation of ruining licenses. What I mean is that because they have a well know title or brand then the makers of the said game don't put much effort into making it. This ghost busters reboot is ghastly. How can anyone really think they could top Bill Murray. Hemsworth makes even worse with his paper thin performance. McCarthy is just terrible and should only be movies that require an overweight actress. Special effects are terrible, the original actually looks better in this respect. Jokes are delivered with shocking timing, leaving you to wonder if you are just watching a 90 minute commercial for ghost busters merchandise. Only watch this movie if you are a hard core feminist.

I'd hate to say this but Deadpool was overrated. Yes it was a fun movie but it's hardly as good as what the other reviewers have said. Ryan Reynolds does suit the role but I feel that the story was lacking. It seemed like the story was written simply for the sake of having the opportunity to make a movie and have some wise cracks. A movie should tell a story (even if it is a comedy) rather than writing a lame story so that they can make a movie and sell some merchandise. Dealpool is an assassin but I think he could make his kills more stealthy and less gory. The main villain was not really a "boss" I couldn't work out whether this "Ajax" was the head honcho - he really seemed to be a second in command type. Funnily enough Deadpool himself remarked that the studio could only afford to X- men. If the X-men were interested in recruiting him I am sure that they could have spared a couple more of the younger x-men to help him out. It just seemed lame. So in conclusion I am not saying it is a bad movie, but please stop giving it 9s and 10s, that kind of score should only be reserved for the Dark Knight trilogy.

Now before you judge me as a typical male viewer, I watched this "film" with my wife. We both came to the same conclusion about this film. That is it would be in contention for one of the most boring films ever made. I really couldn't care less about the characters and could not envisage anyone caring about them. I am mystified as to how a big name actress like Olivia Wilde would sign up for this. Seriously - nothing happened. If this is considered a drama, then I would classify as a first world drama, meaning - you don't really have problems/drama but you need to make something bigger than it is because you have nothing else. Literally nothing else. I will never get that hour and a half back in my life and Olivia Wilde isn't even that good looking. Shoulda known better I guess!

I watched this show as a child and revisited it recently when I purchased the boxset. Unlike shows such as the A-team and Knightrider which by today's standards are lame, Monkey is absolutely timeless. Based on the novel "Journey to the west" its plot lines are interesting and allow you to see each character develop along the journey. Combine this with excellent fight scenes and good humour, this show is a hit! The biggest thing for me about the show was its morality and one liners of wisdom from the narrator - pure gold. You don't have to be a buddhist to appreciate the humanistic side of this saga and more than one scene can leave you with a tear in your eye. Finally the soundtrack is ridiculously good. I simple love that song "Ghandarra" and obviously the intro. The only thing I didn't like about the show was that there was only two seasons made. "Even in Heaven, they say desire ends in tears."

I have recently been reading reviews of this film and I think people have been suffering from overly high expectations. It is NOT Django! It is a tongue in cheek take on old school martial arts films and I for one enjoyed it a lot. The fight scenes were outrageous and rightfully so. If you appreciate the beauty of Asian women then you are in for a real treat with this film. The plot wasn't deep but it wasn't meant to be. It is just a bit of fun and nostalgic for the films made by such production companies as golden harvest. Sometimes a guy wants to watch a movie and not have to think and this is the perfect film for that.
I found it interesting that Russell Crowe was in this film. He must have quite a sense of humour. Casting Batista I thought was pretty good as the character suited him well. Lucy Liu is always sassy and I the other actors brought some much needed humour to the movie.

Having watched the previous underworld films and enjoying them I expected big things from this installment. Unfortunately, I was underwhelmed and not impressed. Despite the stunning beauty of Kate B, nothing could save this film. The actions scenes were done well but there was no character or plot development. As a result I didn't care who killed who. Neither did I care about this 'Eve' character, was she an IVF baby? I felt like I was watching a Michael Bay movie (no character development, all action). I actually fell asleep for 5 min during the end and had to re watch the ending AND I LOVE VAMPIRE MOVIES. The only reason I would recommend anyone watching this movie is to admire Kate Beckinsale. Finally, overuse of CGI really annoys me so maybe it lost points in that respect.
