Anne of the Thousand Days (1969)
Amazing watch!
This was a terrific watch, if a tad boring at the beginning and occasionally throughout the film. Everyone suited their parts from Queen Catherine of Aragon (cried my eyeballs out when she died) to the young Good Queen Bess. I cried at the end, no actually wailed a little I admit. I won't tell you the ending though! Just watch this if you love olden times and especially the tudor era.
The Execution of Mary, Queen of Scots (1895)
Poor
*Possible spoilers ahead!* This is historically inaccurate and very dull. I mean, lets face it: who wants to see an execution? In this video (spoilers!) it took one chop to cut her head off; in real life it was three. Don't watch this if you don't want to watch a silent, black and white video.
Jurassic Park (1993)
Terrific!
*Spoilers ahead!* This is a terrrific film which brings prehistory into the modern time. The actors are all great, especially Ariana Richards (Lex). A computer nerd, Dennis Nedry, steals some embryos from the lab. To escape without being caught, he disables the electricity. Needless to say, everything stops working and they are stuck in between a rock and a hard place. Meanwhile, Alan Grant and the kids have to find their way back to the visitor's center. All in all, this is a exciting movie which puts you on the edge of the seat! If you like action and suspense, this is the film for you. My rating for it is 10/10 stars.
