Bonding (2018)
How has this show not blown up more?
Randomly came across this on netflix today, and OMG what a piece of brilliance!
The plot is hillarious, and mind openening, and the actors do a good job. I don't understand how this show isn't more popular/talked about? It should! Can't wait for seasin two, hope the episodes are longer 🤞🏼
Bridgerton (2020)
So good and unexpected
I went into this series with a blank page, I didn't know what it was about, or what to expect. Haven't heard about the books, only chose to watch because it was so popular on netflix. And boy oh boy do I not regret it. I watched it all in one swoop! I normally don't like period shows, but this one had me hooked. I'm starting the books tomorrow. The acting is good, the sideburns awful, and the plot is exciting. Truly hoping netflix will make more seasons 🤞🏼
Never Have I Ever (2020)
So much better than expected
Went in to this thinking is was gonna be an awkward teen sho, but it ended ut beeing so much more. Yeah the first episodes made me cringe, I blame that on awesome acting. I laughed, I blushed and I cried. A lot. Saw the season in a day. Really recommend it, I also learned a lot about Indian culture.
Utopia Falls (2020)
Biggest let down since Terra Nova was cancelled
I was looking forward to this show, I'm a big sci-fi fan, and love most things dystopian.
This show was not that, this was stupid! With the dancing and singing, it's like a future Americas got talent, only the talent is not that good.
I just barely made it through the first episode, but the cringe-factor is so high I can't watch any more.
Color me disappointed.... Step it up people, we need a new good(!) dystopian show
Hjem til jul (2019)
So accurate
Loved this show, I need more. It's like watching the story of my own life, as a single late 20's girl.
The actors do a great job, I had to fast forward over some of the scenes, just because the awkwardsness crept through the screen an got To me. For real cringe.
To sum up: YOU NEED TO SEE IT 👏🏼
The I-Land (2019)
Leaving a review to balance out the bad ones
I liked it. It was exactly what I was expecting. A tacky sci-fi show. Yes the acting is bad at times, and yes, the storyline has been done before, but it was still a decent show. I watched all of it in two days, and I'm hoping for a season 2. Would recommend you give it a try, before judging by the reviews. And also, don't go inn expecting to much, this isn't GoT
Dirty Dancing (2017)
Horrible
Couldn't even finish it, it was to awkward and bad. The ladies playing the sisters in this «remake» are actually good actresses, so I can not for the life of me understand why they did this movie. I lost some respect for them because of it. DO NOT WATCH THIS MOVIE! Stick with the original
SPF-18 (2017)
What a waste of a lazy Sunday
The only things I liked about this movie was the 80's music, and seeing a lot of Noah Centineo without a shirt 💦👙(this is the emoji closest to panties 😆😉) The plot is horrible, and the acting is awkward. The IMDb rules says I have to write 5 lines in this review. You should not waste your precious lazy Sundays on this. I'm just using space now. Lol.
The Walking Dead: The First Day of the Rest of Your Life (2017)
I really liked (most of) it
I really liked this episode. Maybe I am a weirdo but the tiger scene got my smiles on.
After season 6s fu*king cliffhanger ending, I liked that this one was more mellow. It left me with hope (don't laugh). It left me wondering what their plan is going to be now, how are they going to kill Neagan and the saviors? There are still some cliffhangers, so that's another thing to look forward to in season 8.
Only reason I give this episode an 8 instead of 10, are all the Sasha/Abraham scenes. They were too long and boring. I honestly ended up skipping them. One would have been more than enough.
Roots (2016)
Wonderful and horrible at the same time
I've never seen Roots. I have little knowledge about the slave era, since I am born in the 90s in Norway. I know the basics.
This show had me in all kinds of knots. It was horrible, and by that I mean the plot, and made even worse by the fact that this is a true story. I cried so much. This show had my full attention from the first minute until the last, and that RARELY happens.
The acting is great. I'm crushing on Kunta Kinte now.
This is a amazing show, it will show a new generation (my generation) how it was like before. How bad it can be when we don't respect each other.
Roots truly was wonderful and horrible at the same time. I really recommend it.
The 100: Terms and Conditions (2016)
If the plot continues this way, I hope it get's canceled.
There was so much stupid in this episode. It truly gave me a headache. It was like watching Sharknado. Honestly. I just kept screaming at the screen; "RUN HIM OVER KANE! JUST FU*KING RUN HIM OVER!" "KILL HIM NOW KANE, GET IT OVER WITH." "WHY ARE THESE STUPID BRAINWASHED PEOPLE STILL ON THE SHOW?" So much stupid...
To be clear, it's the writers that made this episode stupid, not the actors. The acting was great. Many of the actors have really grown into their parts and are doing a great job.
And finally, I love this show, I'm absolutely hooked. But this last season have been sub-par, with each episode worst than the last. This episode just the latest in a seasons of disappointment.
I'm not enjoying saying this, but if this trend of sucking continues, I hope this show get's canceled.
Sharknado (2013)
Messed up
This is, by far, the worst movie I have ever seen. I have seen better acting in pornos. Seriously, it's like a place were 90's c-list actors come to die. The animation is horrible. The sharks in "Jaws" are more believable than these ones, and that was made back in the 70's. BUT, I did enjoy the movie, it gave me MANY laughs, and it would make a good drinking game. I am one of those persons who likes it when a movie is flawed, like if the editing has gone to he*l, or things don't add up. I would recommend this movie if you are just looking for something hilarious, or you like to comment on bad sh*t in movies, because you will not shut up. But do not watch this if you take things to seriously.
