One Day (2024)

Wow....

I dont know what's happened to me.

Ok, so its been a few days since I finished the show. And wow, I'm just still so emotionally stunned by how beautiful this show was. Wow. Beautifully created, the chemistry between Dex and Em was so.... I dont even know how to put it in words.

The whole time you are wondering what will happen and when will it happen. It all feels so naturally well crafted, you still get entangled with the characters even though a year passes between each episode.

I Love how each year the styles changes and perfectly made for that specific year, and the music.

The ending was so unexpected and sad, I'm still thinking about it and want to rewatch it all over again. Wow. Thanks to the writer and the creator of the show. First thing i did when it ended was to text "I Love you" to my wife.

Mr. & Mrs. Smith (2024– )

What is it?

It was a fantastic show about a couple, who are spies, with new identities, and everything. And the show has something special when it comes to, you know, a certain feeling. And the feeling, the theme of the show is different. It's mysterious, yet very human. How they interact, how they feel about each other, and such, but at the same time how little they feel about the people they kill. So I would definitely say it's a really, really good show. A really good show, a good story. And you get to see the character's development. How the relationship progresses. And what ups and downs they encounter. Everything is so well-planned, I believe. I think that Donald Glover has a good mind when it comes to the story. And that he writes stories together with the other writers. And you know, the performances, acting, are top-notch. My only question mark is when it comes to the physical aspect of the show, when it comes to the fighting and actionsequences, it could be better. But when it comes to the story and everything else, it's really good. I don't understand why the rating is so low. Because it deserves much more. Everyone should definitely whatch it, and it definitely deserves a second season!

The Bricklayer (2023)

Sadly, a great story but badly done. Filled with oneliners, obvious twists, and hollow dialogue. The action sequences were old fashion, that doesnt need to bad, bad it was not good.

Its very predictable, easy going. Maybe if you dont like great stories and great dialogue you will love this, but sorry to say, its not what it looks like. I

It has alot of potential, but not done well. Even when the greeks spoke they spoke English, not even that they bothered to do correctly so it would give a feeling of realness to the movie.

Aaron though has alot of potential to become a great action star, it suits him.

Sorry Renny, not this one. 😔

Wow! What a Movie.

Brutally well done. It was ALMOST at a perfection level. Almost. But god, it was such a great movie. I was angry, sad, chocked and everything you can say that relates to the story.

The only thing missing was the gripping feeling you get in the last act. Where the ending is getting near and you are supposed to feel that feeling with all the characters and how you hoped they found peace.

But at the same time, the focus of the movie wasnt on the innocent people that were victims of this horrible story, the focus was the those responsible for it all.

So, 9 of 10. I'm satisfied, i would like to see it again.

Platonic (2023– )

Underrated gold!

So friggin good! Underrated and awesome. The best kind of feelgood shows that you dont see often. Enjoy it! I truly hope for a second season. It was awesome!

The story is pure and simple, two best friends with totally different way of lives. One divorced and one happily married. But both have struggles in ways you do have struggles when you have those lives.

The length of each episode is perfect. Story is great. Good casting and characters. They perfectly blend the 80s with 90s generations in the story.

Rose and Seth are so great, I Love their chemistry and the fact that its a show about friendship. The best! Worthwhile, definetly!

Day Break (2006–2007)

Great show. It deserves more seasons!

What a great show. Alot of people are comparing it with prison break and groundhog day and so on and so on. I dont like that. Day Break is in its own ways very uniqe and special. Great acting, great script, originally done. I love how in the first half of the show you see same things, and in the second half new perspective because of new decisions. Its very difficult to write and develope a show like this, thats why it is so good.

I would love it if Netflix, Amazon, HBO or the other streaming services would take it on them to develop a season two. The ending of the show was perfectly made, and left a great mysterious opening for a second season.

However, I still dont understand why it wasnt given a chance. Was the show before its time? The marketing failed? What was it?

Anyways, it would be so awesome if it came back, its still not too late. It's still possible! Day Break was a great show!

Swan Song (I) (2021)

Perfect mix, drama in a futuristic world...

Well, this one had me, bigtime!

First of all, Maharshala Ali, big up for this guy! He is an amazing actor!

Second, wow, what a story!

Third, the dilemma. What would you do? What ever you decide, Would you be able to do it?

This movie is about relationships! Thats the core of the story, relationships. What do these relationships mean to you, and how far are ypu willing to go to keep them safe.

Amazing story, it had me emotionally, intact the whole movie. I even dropped a couple of tears, because just imagining that was to damn difficult. People say its slow, no its not. Dont expect an futuristic action movie. This one is a lovestory, a family lovestory. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I did!

The Matrix Resurrections (I) (2021)

What happened...

I was so sad, because this was gonna be the sequel that would break the 2nd and 3rd Matrix movie. Everything was perfectly set up for just that. But what wenr wrong?

1. Actors - The actors in the movie were ok. Not bad at all, but they were ok. Majority of the cast were "tv-actors". They should've invested more in the actors.

2. Script-screenplay - Hear me out. The script was good. I can see what they were going for, I get it! The idea was good! Could've been successfull if only the screenplay was well written. Neo was constantly confused and seemed to have no idea of what was going on. They've should've skipped the comedy in the beginning.

3. Actionscenes - some scenes were cool. Definetly. But what happened to the fighting choreography? What happened? It was really bad. It felt like a really bad version of something bad. And the scenes were badly edited also. Sadly. The shooting scenes were easly made, the action scenes missed the fantastic work from the first and second movie. The lagging slowmotion also worsened the quality. I mean, its 2021, who uses that type of slowmow nowadays?

4. Camerawork - it was missing alot of good camework that the first 2 matrix movies had. The special angles, the nice dark imagefilter. It was missing alot.

5. Locations - it was as if the movie had rented 3 places to film on. The street at the end, and 2 different greenscreen studios. What happened there? Matrix should have alot of locations! Maybe it was the budget? I miss info about that.

6. The movie as a whole, I gave it a 4, because it missed intensity, its uniqness, good dialogues, and good storytelling. It atarted well, but went sownwards after that. To much focus om Love and not to "what is happening". Nice new updates, nice shots from the old movies. Nice connections between the movies and so on, but in the end, it couldnt cope with how big The Matrix is. And thats so sad. I hope for a sequel, because I believe the Wachowski sisters are geniuses! If someone can turn this around, its them!

Beckett (2021)

Quite enjoyable actually...

A nice movie. Reminded me a little of a Harrison Ford flick, andKurd Russels Breakdown. The lead is a regular guy, no traditional combat experience (like "a Former C. I. A agent is on vacation"). But, the actionsequences at the end is quite unlikely. But, enjoyable thriller movie, really. I liked it. It deserves higher rating.

Halloween Kills (2021)

So it started out so awesome! Really cool. I loved how they developed the original storyline. Addedmore stories, charachters and all. So, first 30 minutes it was really good.

But then, "Evil must die" Started. "He's turning us to monsters". It was too much. That means they added to much to Michael Myers charachter. The idea was good, really well.

It would've been really good if they kept that part out, where people (like allways) go mad. And kept it real to the original Halloween story. Like people split up, and go hunt for him. Really. And then "you guys must be safe, stay in the car". But why did you go hunting from the beginning??

And then Lauries daughter stab him in the back, but lets survive for what? I mean like really.

It feels like the mocies deserves a hashtag. #EvilMustDie

So, anyways, a little to much cliché for my taste, but started out so good with alot of potential. I will still see the next one, well because its Halloween and Michael Myers. :-)

Malignant (I) (2021)

Is this for real?

I have 2 theories.

James Wan was pushed to this movie with all the bad actors and intentionally made it the worst peoject ever. Or, he was pushed to do it and really tried to not make it suck as bad as it did.

To be honest, the first scenes were like "really? For real?" Then the scene with the husband and all, it was like "ahh, nice, now thats the James Wan I like". But after that, it was like, where the hell did these actors came from? And the screenplay, omg. Was it all for real? 🤷‍♂️

Anyways, I choose to believe that James Wan did not believe in this project and intentionally made it suck so they dont force him another project again. But, what do I know. John, I'm still a fan and will keep my eyes open for your next project. This one was really, really, realllyyy bad.

Terminator: Dark Fate (2019)

I'm so sad that this was such a disappointment. It had all the elements to succed be a great movie. I didn't even, in beforhand, have any expectations of how "GREAT" it would be. I thought, well, they have a great crew, they can't fail that much.

Bad Script. Bad follow up to the second movie. Soooo bad animations and bad effects. Sooo bad scenes (airplane scene above all). I mean, how could they fail on all these levels? Sarah Connors character was pictured as a old "hag" thats just to negative. I'm sad they failed. Even sadder that they promote the movie still (the cast) and are so proud of it.

I get it though! I'm just sad that they didn't succed doing it better. This was, infact, not better than Genesys.

So, sorry Arnie, Linda and Jame. I guess "Third times a charm" didn't work this time. :-(

I mean, I just keep wondering, what was going on in that editing room when the editors were cutting the movie. Were they like "This is going to be the most awesome Predator movie!!". For real now, What were you thinking?

Gerry (2002)

Different

This movie was far more different from others, It's a low budget movie, but, it's still a wonderful movie.

The shots may be up to 10 minutes long, they hardly speak to eachother trough the movie, they mostly walk. You can hear the footsteps and sometimes not.

The Musik is somehow maybe the greatest of all times. The last 20 minutes of the movie is high class, It touches you in a different way. Makes you appreciate alot of things, the end is a bit unclear, but in a good way so that you as an audience can analyze and try to get your own perspective of it. It really is different, very nice and the acting is high class! The Music is the best in the movie! Don't miss it, but I should tell you though, this isn't a movie for everyone, you'll like it only if you are a filmfanatic, and like to analyze films you see!

a great movie..the only thing is though the idea that people can't have feelings..everyone does things with a feeling binded to it..but anyway..the movie is excellent..great action..the actors play very well and the few twists are lovely!

A lovely movie features the Beautiful and Lovely Madhuri Dixit, and the of course shahrukh khan.

A must seen movie for those who absolutley love Madhuri just like myself..SEE IT!
