Downfall: The Case Against Boeing (2022)
Sad Corporate World we live in
The saddest story is that ... whole world runs like this.
In every single big corporation, especially after merges, there's literally not about a product you build, but about ... charts for shareholders.
Maybe ... if you are a corporate like Boeing, and if somebody dies, then maybe a CEO, maybe all of the shareholders should be questioned because it's actually them who are responsible. One by one. Not Boeing company. It's them. First shareholder, second, third, CEO etc.
Many companies lost it's reputation because of shareholders greed. It's so unfair that they have absolutely no responsibility. All they do is taking money, and actually ruining company values from inside, for the sake of their own profit.
In every newspaper there shouldn't be: boeing this, boeing that. Maybe if every newspaper would mention specifically shareholders by name, maybe this would change something. Public opinion would have chance to "meet" them. All the hate is targeted at Boeing, but it's NOT boeing. It's the people behind. They have name. They are human beings. Not giving documents fast enough is not Boeing. It's specific people. Name, by name.
I read a lot about this. One of the greatest articles is from a guy who was both a pilot and a software engineer. In short - what Boeing did with this 737max plane was that, they tried to fix hardware issues (plane they designed badly), with software. This plane should never fly.
Masters of the Universe: Revelation (2021)
No respect for fans, history, legacy
It is marketed (in many countries) as: "He-Man and ..." while it's about somebody else.
+ animation
- story
- no respect for ... anything - fans, history, legacy etc.
I thought that there this low level SET where you can't get any lower, but Netflix proved, that ... anything is possible.
What's next ?
Rambo 6 without Rambo ?
Kyaputen Tsubasa (2018)
Amazing
As a kid, I grew up on the original series. We were hmm 10 years old kids, and everytime after the episode, we were playing football. Well, we played football all the time, but still ;)
What I want to say is that, you did a great job here :) Sure, it's nostalgia too, but at the same time, you ... improved the original one.
- the voice acting is great
- the animation itself is beautiful
- you smartly cut out the waaay too long scenes of the original, so it now fits more to the current times :)
- you introduced a lot of characters very nicely, it's like there is a story behind them, they have more depth
I would say it's one of the most underrated series. It beautiful, it's about having dreams, having good sport values (respect for the opponent etc.), and it's really exciting seeing all these new opponents where each one brings something new on the table :)
As a grown man now ;), I can truly say, that you made a lot of people (those who know the original series) very happy making this series again. You didn't break anything, and you did all improvements / changes very nicely :)
I also, kind of teleported to me having 10 years old ;)
Two and a Half Men (2003)
Amazing ... but not season 9
The show is lovely, I mean all seasons except season 9 when Charlie Harper dies. Seriously, the first episode was just a disaster. Funeral ? Oh come on, Charlie deserved at least few tears (you Mr producer own this your audience !!!) From the bottom of his heart, Charlie was a good person. And then a new character came. A grown man who acts like a child. This is not funny. It's irritating. First 4-5 episodes were a disaster, then it started to be a little better but overall, the show lost all the chemistry which was between Charlie, Alan, Jake, Berta + Charlie & Alan's mother. In addition with Judith and Herb it was an amazing show.
Now it's just Alan trying to save the show, Jake being still fun but he's growing up and that's pretty much it. Walden is just a bad character. It just irritates me - when 30 year old (or whatever) person acts like a child it is not funny at all. And what's the point of him being undressed all the time ? Not funny at all.
Actually, by watching Season 9 I couldn't believe that one person can have such an impact on show. I loved that humor when Charlie wanted Alan to "get out of my house" but we all knew that at the end they loved each other. The show was ... natural. I could actually imagine such weird family. With Walden character I just can't.
If S1-8 were like Champions League, Premiership in football (in US - Soccer) then S9 is something around ... Division :( Bring back Charlie.
