I really liked the ending
29 March 2022
I remember really liking the ending but I just want to know how such an unknown movie found its way to a tv channel that aired in Egypt.

The movie itself, I don't remember much other than liking its ending enough to google it now all those years after.

The PM's Daughter (2022– )

I like it

The lead was a bit annoying in the first 2 episodes (She came across a bit as a brat just complaining about the adults) but I liked the 3rd and 4th episodes much more.

Now I'm at the start of the 5th episode laughing at her trying to telepathically communicate and her mother confused look, this show has some nice humor in it.

I also liked the chocolate thing at the 3rd episode, I'd like it to be a running gag, at the 4th episode her friend helping her to get guess the name for it be a completely different one was not the most original joke, but it was delivered well.

I can see that they put effort in the show and overall it's a fun watch so far.

The Wheel of Time: The Eye of the World (2021)
Season 1, Episode 8
Easily the best episode of the season
24 December 2021
I'm confused of the bad rating, it's not that good of episode and had a lot of flaws but still better than any of the previous ones and we've seen similar flaws all season.

And it served well as a finale, it tied a lot of the loose threads of the season while setting up the future storylines.

Dickinson: I Have Never Seen 'Volcanoes' (2019)
Season 1, Episode 2
Difficult to watch
5 December 2021
Not because it's bad but for me it's depressing, I can't get over the fact that she can't (and probably will never be able to) live her life as she wants or be with the one she loves. And it's a real story so I can't hope for a happy ending, even if we got one, we still know that's not what actually happened. This's sad all around. I don't think I ever struggled watching a show for such a reason before.

If you're looking for a well written story, good acting and directing and a high production value, then keep looking, this's definitely not it, and by that I mean it doesn't have any of it. What does this show posses? A few interesting and likable characters in an interesting world and story (although not well written as mentioned above), added to it some unpredictability.

So simply put if you didn't care for the characters you won't like it, but if you thought Beatrice is cool, If you liked Ava and how she carries herself and found yourself rooting for her, then you'll enjoy the show, I know I did.

Impulse: Making amends (2019)

I like good stories
5 November 2019
Warning: Spoilers
..and this was a very good one. I simply loved this episode, great story telling and the finale concluded a lot of "threads" from the previous episodes that seemed irrelevant then. I liked the dark, ominous vibe from the beginning and the morally questionable decisions, I think Henry would make a great anti hero (although it's unlikely they'll go this route). Loved that "the fight" was early on in the episode and most of the finale was dealing with the repercussions of the action/choices Henry made during the season. Loved that there wasn't an easy fix so the protagonist end up morally correct in everything she did, this imperfection makes the character much more interesting and refreshing to see. And what a risk to make the protagonist kills a beloved character.

That was ridiculous, never seen such amount of plot holes
5 November 2019
Warning: Spoilers
Yeah, 5 people will fly to the white house equivalent and kill all the guards, sure. The protesters can break the "cheaply made" gate and go kill the president, of course. A president who controls the army and the election committee and can stop the election can't rig the result, ok. He can make a minister disappears and kill a general, but can't do a thing to a civilian he has evidence she contacted a foreign operatives, makes sense. The big crime that they were hiding, is they're mining in their country, how bad of them. A German spy trying to save someone who was already safe (and killing people), may be she's an idiot. She tell the Americans he assassinated their senator, I hope no one tries to help me like that! Every one is suddenly Rambo including the guy with a heart condition and all "the bad guys" can't aim, it happens. Can you go break into MI5 and get me a phone, no biggie.

Gümüs (2005–2007)
One of the most popular shows in Arab countries
12 September 2019
This's one of the most popular shows ever in Arab countries, and I'd say it has an argument for #1, it started a new trend of dubbed Turkish shows in the region. It was strange seeing this show's Unprecedented success among a lot of competition from Arabic and American shows. For me I was one of the few that didn't actually watched it, it gave some corny vibes (well it's a soap opera), but it's generational cultural impact was a sight to behold.

Really? That's Z Nation stuff without it being actually funny. Ah, and an overly complicated scheme by the kids just to know what they want? They already told you.

A disappointing finale
22 May 2019
Most characters story lines/ arcs led to nowhere and the season ended with probably the worst fight scenes in the series so far, which actually didn't serve any purpose. All in all, the story didn't progress 1 bit.

Dark Haul (2014 TV Movie)

Good story but not so good of a movie
18 January 2018
Warning: Spoilers
I can't say it's an objectively good movie but it's an interesting one. It had some potential to be a good movie but the low production value didn't let happen.

The movie's main character is Zib (Evalena Marie), she's The creature's twin sister. She can control him mentally. They both were kept prisoners by "The keepers" for 300 hundred years, (she's not being kept in a box like "The creature" but she's a prisoner none of the less).

Now "The creature" is getting stronger and they will move to a more secure place. Zib sees this as an opportunity to escape and to free her brother, but Knicks (Tom Sizemore) see it as an opportunity to get rid of the monsters (both of them) for good. He plots to take them to the place where they were born in order to fulfill a prophesy"

Although I said it's not a good movie, still I really liked the ending and it along with the story justifies the 8/10 for me.

(SPOILERS) Why Juliet's life more important than Samantha's?
21 July 2017
Warning: Spoilers
I don't know!

First of all, I liked the movie, I watched because of Zoey Deutch since I adore Vampire Academy, and I'm glad I did, but I just want to talk about the ending.

"Samantha dies saving Juliet and by that ends the cycle".

It sounds good, but I have to ask again, why? A lot of people (me included) probably thought that saving Juliet will be "the endgame", but how Samantha knew that from the information she had and how she figured that she herself has to die? And did she really save her? Juliet was suicidal, May be if she had convinced her not kill herself, then we can say that she really saved her (Although Juliet seemed moved by what Samantha did).

But what's important is why this life is more important than the other one. Both of them are young, both deserve a second chance, and mainly the movie wasn't about sacrifice, Samantha's journey wasn't about sacrifice.

Samantha wasn't selfish and need to sacrifice her life so we can say "she learned her lesson", she was self involved, may be apathetic, and during the movie she grew up, she began to see, understand and empathize with people round her. Her journey shouldn't have ended that way.
