Has Brought Back My Love For Anime!
18 August 2006
Inuyasha is the best anime series I have seen and the one that Iam obsessed with right now. I love it! It has everything a series should have: well defined characters that make you fall in love with them, humor, suspense, the ability to grab your attention and hold it, excitement, great lines and dialog, characters that have a personality that no doubt everyone can find one to relate themselves and become a fan of, an engaging storyline that doesn't slow down, malicious villains and lovable heroes, great animation and voice actors that have voices that match there characters perfectly. When I was small mostly all my favorite shows were anime and when I grew up and my anime shows all came to an end I started watching shows with people and forgot about anime until Inuyahsa that is. I remember being on the computer and on yahoo's box of entertainment of what the world is searching for I saw that people were looking up anime and a list of the most popular and searched for anime of all time and Inuyahsa was number one. I read a summary for it and become interested so I asked my friend who loves anime about it and he told me it was his favorite anime series right now. I started watching it and immediately I got hooked. Now I watch it all the time. I got caught up on the first 50 or so episodes by the season box sets which are great. I bought them during my march break and watched all 54 episodes in a week, it was awesome. And now I never miss the new ones. I'm always there on Fridays at 9:00 watching it with my eyes glued on the screen and by behind glued on the couch. I recommend it to all anime lovers and to everyone who loves a great adventure with action, romance, lots of humor and unforgettable characters. But a warning it will make you fall in love with demons!

Corpse Bride (2005)

Makes You Feel Better About Death
27 September 2005
Tim Burton's Corpse Bride was one of the best animated movies I've ever seen. My mother and I are so happy that he made another beautiful and original animated film since The Nightmare Beofre Christmas because we waited for it for 10 years. I'm glad to say that the wait was worth it. The Corpse Bride is a wonderful emotional yet fun story with heart. We had a wonderful time watching it in the theaters and we can't wait to go see it again this weekend. The visuals are so amazing that you'd have to go see the movie with your own eyes for its impossible to explain there perfection. The characters all look stunning and there are so many wonderful new characters in this movie that will keep your eyes glued on the screen. The voices of Johnny Depp, Helena Bonham Carter and Emily Watson are packed with fantastic emotion and acting. The score goes very well to the movie and the four songs that are performed sound wonderful. My favorites were "Remains of the Day" made me feel like dancing: it was such a jazzy fun song with the cool voice of Danny Elfmen. And my other favorite was "Tears To Shed" it broke my heart. Helena Bonham Carter sang that song with such heartbreak I loved it! The story is very entertaining and it has so much heart in it and Gothic like background. I loved the dialog some of my favorite lines were "Why Go Up There When People Are Dying To Get Down Here" and "Can A Heart Still Break Once It's Stopped Beating." But the most important thing is that this movie makes you feel less frightened about death. Death in this movie is a lot funner than living and the dead are always having a good time and partying that you feel like dying is not so bad. You should take anyone to see this movie if their paranoid about death it will soften their fears, Overall I strongly encourage anyone to go see this movie. I hope Tim Burten wins the Oscar for best animated movie this year. He truly deserves it! Thank you Mr. Burten for the Corpse Bride, Nightmare Before Christmas and years worth of your great films.

I Chewed My Nails Off From All The Suspense!
28 August 2005
I went to see this movie with my best friend and we thought it was great. I swear we went in with gorgeous nails and while we were watching the movie we chewed them off. Red Eye was just so thrilling and full of suspense. It's the kind of movie that has you just so excited for the next scene. Throughout the movie I was on the edge of my seat and I was not the only one who screamed during some of the very thrilling scenes. The acting was amazing. Rachel McAdams plays a women who is just so sweet and shy in the beginning but not a pushover later on. Cillian Murphy was just perfect as Jackson. His performance as Jackson was creepy, cruel, smart, polite and good somewhere deep inside. He has made Jackson one of the coolest bad guys I have seen in a long time. Overall I thought this movie is great and I recommend it to anyone who likes a good thriller. Red Eye is the best thriller I have seen in a long time!

Amazing
22 May 2005
I went to see this movie yesterday and all I can say is that it was amazing. I loved it! The special effects were awesome, the acting was heartbreaking and the story line was excellent and it answered all the questions I had from the trilogy. It made me so proud to be a Star Wars fan. Also the bonus part of the movie is that Hayden Christensen is so sexy in his role of Anakin Skywalker. I couldn't believe it was the same actor from Attack of the Clones. Ewan McGregor was fantastic as Obi-Wan Kanobi, Natalie Portman was lovely and heartbreaking as Padme and Yoda... well let me just say he kicked some serious but! I really enjoyed this movie and so did everyone else in the movie theater because they laughed at the funny parts, some cried during the sad parts and they all clapped at Yoda's fighting scenes and at the end of the movie there was a standing ovation.

My Favorite Lady
13 March 2005
My fair lady has got to be one of my favorite musicals of all time. I love the music. The songs are so catchy and so much fun to sing especially "I Could Have Danced All Night", "Wouldn't It Be Lovely", "The Street Where You Live" and "With A Little Bit Of Luck". The performances are outstanding. Rex Harrison is my favorite of the bunch. His singing blows me away and his acting, well lets just say he is Professor Henry Higgens. Some people have complain that Julie Andrews should have played Eliza but in my opinion Audrey Hepburn gives another one of her finest performances ever. I have always loved Audrey Hepburn and in My Fair Lady she proves that she is one of the greatest ladies ever on the big screen. She proves she is a lady and a great actress. Stanley Holloway gives a fantastic performance as Eliza's father with his hilarious acting and great singing and the whole supporting cast is wonderful. My fair Lady is no doubt a classic that will be remembered for many years to come.

A Musical Hit
13 March 2005
The Nightmare before Christams has to be one of the greatest animated movies I have ever seen. Also it has to be of the greatest stories I have ever watched and one of the greatest musicals ever. I loved this movie from the moment I watched it when I was four and to this day it never fails to move me. Danny Elfman has a fantastic singing voice that I am shocked that he is not in many musicals. Chris Sarandon has a wonderful talking voice for Jack and the other cast members are amazing in their roles. The movie it self looks great and I think that no one could have captured Christams town the way that this movie did. I believe that this movie should definitely be in the top 250 because it is one of the greatest movies ever made.

Beautiful Movie with Fantastic Acting
11 March 2005
Driving Miss Dasiy has to be one of the most touching and beautiful movies off all. Jessica Tandy really shines in this movie with the performance of her lifetime. She really puts everything that she has got into this role and shows just how much she has learned about acting through her career. Morgan Freeman is amazing with a performance that makes you love him. He is just so sweet and charming yet witty in his performance. This movie shows a lot about a friendship that blossoms over the years between two people who are totally different yet the same. This is no doubt one of the most heartwarming and enjoyable movies I have ever seen in my life.

Some of the Best Acting Ever
2 January 2005
This truly is a film which should not be forgotten. The acting in this movie is beyond amazing its some of the best I've ever seen. Grace Kelly gives a performance in which she truly proves she deserved her Oscar. And William Holden and Bing Crosby are at their best. All three of the actors give performances in which it seems like this is really happening and not just in a movie but in real life. I would recommended this movie to anyone who likes three a great performances for they will be truly satisfied and to anyone who just wants to watch and enjoy a really good movie. This movie also deserved its best screenplay Oscar for the screenplay was at its best. The Country Girl is truly a Hollywood classic and should not be forgotten.

I was very disappointed!
1 January 2005
I saw the trailer for this movie with my friend and we couldn't wait to see this movie. It looked so good! But than we went to see it and left the there very disappointed. We didn't even finish the movie because it was that bad. We must have left about more than halfway through the ending of the movie. It was not as funny as it looked. I don't think it was the actor's fault because they were acting what they were being told to do by the director. But the acting was bad. I mean the actors just seemed like they didn't really want to do this movie and like they were bored out of their minds. Also the screenplay just got boring after awhile due to the fact that it took them a long time to get to the point of the film and all these things were happening that you just got confused about what was going on. Overall this movie was pretty disappointing and failed to capture my attention so if you want to see it, wait and rent it so that way if you don't like it you will have at least saved some money. There were some moments that could have been really funny and were but than the bored acting ruined it.

Loved It !
24 December 2004
I loved this movie because I thought it was the most beautiful and romantic movie I have ever seen. The scenery and the costumes were lovely and amazing and the music and singing were fantastic. The cast was superb. Gerard Butler was so sexy, dark, and mysterious as the Phantom, Emmy Rossum was beautiful and so innocent as Christine, Patrick Wilson was very brave as Raoul and Minnie Driver was hilarious as Carlotta. I also found the managers funny and the ballet mistress and her daughter very kind. Overall the movie was a musical hit and the greatest musical of the year . I can't wait till it comes out on DVD so I can buy it. But till than I am so going to watch it again in the movies because I can't get enough of it.
